Holiday rentals with lake access in Jervis Bay Territory

A beautiful, scenic, rustic spot in nature . We spent the weekend connecting with family around the kitchen, fire place and fire pit, all our favourite things for a perfect winter weekend. We will be back in warmer weather to make use of the kayaks! An added bonus of bioluminescence in the water around the jetty, a bucket list item ticked.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs but this was by far the most amazing in how everything was thought about. Not only was the house beautiful with comfortable bedding and furniture but the little things were all accounted for from mosquito repellent to picnic basket every amenity and convenience was supplied. We truly enjoyed our stay I can’t recommend the house and host enough stunning location and property with every little touch included. Would definitely stay again 10/10.

Great location near to town and lovely outlook - even looked to be a few kangaroos that were regular to the neighbourhood. Good layout with 2 rooms and a bathroom upstairs and same downstairs. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an excellent stay at Sussex Jewel! It was one of the cleanest, most well-equipped air bnbs we’ve stayed in, with high quality utensils and appliances in the kitchen and comfy beds. The kids loved the pool and it was great to have a seperate living area with tv for them. The lounge upstairs was gigantic and comfortable! It’s ideally located as it’s only a 6 min drive to the beach and a 10 min walk to the bowls club, but the RSL also offers a free courtesy bus into town. Julie was the loveliest host - she’s very responsive and accomodating and we hope to come back again soon!

The place was amazing, exactly what was advertised and we had the best time! It is definitely more of a family friendly area and I would definitely book again if I was staying with family, I wouldn’t recommended if you’re going with friends who like to be loud as it’s not respectful towards the neighbours. Was super close to everything and the host was very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Nice place on the water that was in a good location. The house was missing of a few of the typical essentials that you normally find in airbnbs (shampoo, conditioner, more than a few rolls of toilet paper) but the house was good and would recommend

Our Kings birthday stay in Sussex Inlet was absolutely fantastic, from the agent to the location on the water with a private jetty, the place was extremely clean and tastefully decorated with. all the amenities you could wish for. The only thing i could negatively comment on was the amount of large cobwebs in the semi enclosed back deck/ bbq area

Christy was a wonderful host, super responsive and very quick to help with any questions I may have had. The house itself was great, very modern interior and a nice outdoor area with a great view. You couldn't ask for a better experience. I would book another stay here in a heartbeat.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Beautiful views to wake up to, right on the beach, with coffee shops, bars and restaurants just a few steps away! Flat was also pristine with nothing that hadn’t been thought of by the hosts. We felt very looked after. Also very flexible and let us extend our trip because we loved it so much! Lovely spot. The flat is very comfortable and has everything needed. Really lovely outdoor area and outlook onto George’s Basin. Great to have access to a fire pit and bar-b-que, even though we didn’t use them.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The property was pet-friendly, and our dogs had a great time. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and had a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was beautiful. The bed was big and cozy. The kitchen and fridge stocked for necessities which helped with the morning coffee crave. It was lovely that there were snacks too as we haven’t gone to the shops when we arrived. Overall amazing place. Will definitely be back. Tony was also very accomodating with clear instructions ☺️

Absolutely lovely area - stayed for 2 days to do the (absolutely spectacular!) Castle Hike, and it was a wonderful decision to stay at Steven's place. The Lake-View offers stunning sunrises and calm views the full day, the surrounding is super cozy and chill, and the home itself is a great place as well. Would recommend. Checkin and Checkout was easy and unproblematic as well. Thanks for hosting me, Steven :)

Stay in sussex was really great, it was a family trip and the environment, location, the house was really good. We all had a great time. Mainly the location is really good, just in front of the water, close to the markets and also all the amenities were available.

Wonderful and relaxing stay. Close to some nice beaches and towns with good hospitality venues. Would absolutely return.

Had a wonderful relaxing weekend. The cottage was lovely. It had a fireplace to keep us warm and the all the amenities we needed for a great weekend spent with friends. Angela and Warren were lovely hosts.

This place is gorgeous and exactly like the photos. A lot of thought, style and taste has been put into the 1960s decor and the records and record player was a treat! In such a quiet street with lake views and fires indoor and out. Totally perfection for us! Will definitely be going back. Bronwyn was super friendly and responsive so felt well taken care of. Leah was easy to communicate with. I loved the little touches in and around the little house. Its a compact home but has everything for a comfortable stay. The dogs loved the backyard, which was securely fenced so we could attend the Viking Festival for a few hours.

Great stay, no complications and beautiful views. The place is lovely and separated enough from the house that it feels like its own little home. Aaron made the check in and check out super easy and was very accommodating with any of our needs - but thanks to the ease of the stay we didn’t need to reach out at all! Lola, their puppy, was also a lovely morning surprise when she would greet us at the door. 100% would recommend to anyone!

Great spot for a break from the city. We had great weather and it made the stay perfect. Waking up in the morning seeing the kangaroos around was something else. Very good set up!
