It is an accommodation with a beautiful newly born garden with a full remodel. There is an outdoor terrace where you can relax comfortably indoors and outdoors in a neat and tidy interior. Good access to the city and grocery store (5 minutes walk towards the apartment). Convenient facilities and restaurants such as banks and hospitals are around the accommodation, so it's convenient. (If you go to the apartment, it's a flat road) Cooking utensils, kitchen utensils, washing machine, water purifier, etc. are also well-equipped. 3 queen-sized bed rooms. 2 bathrooms. We use the entire first floor, which consists of a living room and a kitchen. The second floor uses the outside stairs, so it is completely separate from the first floor and soundproofed well.Each room, living room, and kitchen are all equipped with air conditioning (4 cars in total). There is plenty of parking in front of the house. If you have a barbecue, we will rent a Zaigl for you to do it indoors, and the cost of renting a Zaigl is 20,000 won per person on-site. C.
