Soon’s Airbnb is a treasure hunt from the moment one enters the house. Every small thing has been designed with lots of care and intelligence. The usage of space is impeccable. He has designed the house keeping in mind every small aspect that a resident might need. Be it the mirror with led light in the study desk or stocking the kitchen cabinets with tea/coffee refills or even the slippers kept in the bedrooms. The house is a visual spectacle and shows the artistic side of how a heritage house can be remodelled with modern touch. I will definitely consider staying here next time i visit Penang. Also Soon is an extremely responsible host. He kept me informed about every small aspect of the stay before my arrival. Even during the stay he was just a message away and responded to our small requests promptly within few minutes

地點打車方便，步行到附近市場食嘢好方便！回覆快速！電梯要拍卡，安全，有24小時保安！住宿期間有一棧燈壞了，但已經晚上11點，早上馬上派人過嚟維修！冷氣夠涼！

Clean, great place to stay.

Host very nice and responsive

Had a wonderful time at this place. This place is really a hidden gem. The apartment had a very nice ocean view. It's located very near Georgetown where you can find lots of delicious food and attraction. The place is very clean and new. There's convenience stores, restaurants and park downstairs. Host is very responsive and recommended many local food and attractions. The only downside is that the lift and main lobby is a little old and there is no gym (but there's swimming pool). I would definitely stay here again.

Host is quick to respond to & sort out check-in issue. Accommodation is as described, though a bit more can be done to match hotel room standards. The only negative in the location is the parking layout. This is literally the narrowest passage way for parking that I have come across in the country. At every level, I had to stop reverse and readjust the spiral passage 3 times. Since the parking was on the 5th level, this involved 15x of stopping & reversing & adjusting at crawling speed. To be fair, was warned about this by the host in her communications. For clarity, I drove a 4x4 pickup. Nevertheless, anything larger than a Myvi or Axia will have issues with how tight spirals are.

Personally i love the neighbourhood since it gives off a nostalgic feel. Sure, the building isn't classy or fancy but as we walk to the floors, it feels homey. The house was modernly renovated. It has your basic needs, extremely comfy and worth its price. We were a bunch of friends visiting Penang but we really appreciate that they included children in mind when hosting. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended to those who are not looking for fancy💛

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!

Kids friendly & spacious unit. We enjoyed our stay. Especially the foosball table, kids had fun with it! Kitchen is lacking of utensils though. Would be perfect if can provide more.

「ペナン島で暮らすように過ごしたい！」という私の願望を叶えてくれた部屋で大満足しています。部屋からはヨットハーバーが目の前に見えます。スーパーも近く、食料品から日用品まで揃います。ワインショップも近いです。レストランも沢山あります。Grabを呼ぶのにも便利で毎日利用して出かけました。ペナンは暑くて汗を沢山かくので洗濯が毎日できたことはとても助かりました。 プールでも泳ぎ気持ち良かったです。夜は下のレストランから歌が聴こえたりしますが私はうるさくて困るというほどではなかったです。(感じ方は人それぞれだと思いますが…) Ooiさんに何か質問をするとすぐに返事がきて対応してもらえ安心して過ごすことができました。セキュリティの面でもしっかりしているコンドミニアムだと思います。 コンロは使えなかったので部屋ではお湯を沸かしてお茶を飲んだり果物を買ってきて食べました。屋台グルメ天国のペナンでは部屋で調理しなくても良かったのでコンロが使えなくても全く困りませんでした。 ペナンでの快適なお部屋を貸していただきありがとうございました。また再訪したい場所です。

A great apartment in a great location. The apartment quickly became our home away from home for our three week stay. We loved sitting out on the spacious verandah in the afternoons after a swim. The couple of maintenance issues we found on entry were addressed very quickly by Asmah and Hazwan. A WiFi/video issue crept in later in our stay, but we just watched less TV. The complex and its surroundings made walking a pleasure. We loved the 10min walk around the foreshore to get groceries at the nearby Lotus supermarket. A 2 ringgit airconditioned bus trip into Georgetown could be hailed immediately out side the complex. Our only disappointment during our stay had nothing to do with the apartment. To its credit the marina complex had many fine restaurants, albeit with menus that could be found in any city in the world, but as an ex Penangite my wife (and I) were disappointed with the complete lack of nearby hawker food stalls, which Penang is famous for.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great. It is close to the city and other major places. Moreover, the host is friendly and very helpful. She made us feel like a home. We definitely would love to come back.

Had a great stay with family here. The place is as advertised. Host is proactive, friendly and responsive. Will definitely be staying here when it comes to staycation in Penang.
