Holiday rentals with a patio in Jelgava

Good location and reasonable price if you’re traveling through Riga airport and need accommodation. Recommend!

The accommodation for this price was great – clean, tidy, and modern. It’s located right next to a trolleybus stop and about 10 minutes from the city center. The only small downside was that the room was a bit cold and we didn’t receive any towels at first, but it turned out the cleaning lady had simply forgotten to put them in the room.

Mums ļoti patika mūsu mini atvaļinājums – apartamenti atrodas skaistā vietā pie jūras. Ļoti kompakti, tīri, gaiši, ir viss nepieciešamais dzīvošanai. Jūra tikai 5 minūšu attālumā. Teritorija ir plaša, ir restorāns, SPA, bērnu laukumi. Saimnieks vienmēr bija sazvanāms, ļoti atsaucīgs. Noteikti atgriezīsimies vēlreiz. Ļoti labi, ka var uzturēties ar mājdzīvnieku – mums ir mazs sunītis.

Très beau logement, très bien équipé, fidèle à la description. L’hôte est très réactif et a su s’adapter à nos attentes. Environnement très calme et central. Logement impeccable, il ne manquait rien. Une adresse à garder. Nous reviendrions à Riga sûrement.

I stayed in Lāsma’s apartment from January to May while on exchange, and it was a great experience. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and located in a central and quiet area. I could walk to most places, including the university, grocery stores, and cafes, which made daily life very convenient. It had everything I needed for a comfortable medium-term stay. Lāsma was a great host — friendly, responsive, and always helpful whenever I had questions. I really appreciated that she gave me a partial refund when I had to leave earlier than planned, even though I informed her a bit late. I didn’t find out until quite late that my final exams could be taken digitally in June, so I wasn’t able to notify her within the usual timeframe — but she was very understanding and flexible. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Riga, especially exchange students or anyone planning a longer stay.

Fantastic little gem hidden in the outskirts of Jurmala. Private yard, spacious house and of course a very nice Sauna and well maintained garden!

Отличная локация, все в шаговой доступности, до старого города пешком 10-15 минут. Можно с животными что тоже хорошо ,так как найти локацию в центре Риги где примут с животными это еще надо постараться ,но стоит и учесть что до вас тоже были животные и по некоторым деталям интерьера это видно и не стоит относится к этому слишком строго😀

Cosy, clean, quiet place. There was everything for living. Very satisfied with our stay.

Ļoti mājīga un skaista mājiņa – viss bija tīrs un kārtībā. Sava bija ļoti atsaucīgs un pretimnākošs. Pirts un karstā baļļa tika sagatavotas uz norunāto laiku, kas padarīja mūsu atpūtu vēl patīkamāku. Ļoti ērta atrašanās vieta – veikals ir tepat blakus, un līdz jūrai tikai 5 minūšu pastaiga. Mājiņā bija viss nepieciešamais komfortablai dzīvošanai. Noteikti iesakām un labprāt atgrieztos vēlreiz!

The staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Place was cosy and private right by the river. The house was really warm. There was only one big minus, it was the jacuzzi/hot tub - had to wait long for it to get warm, but thats no big deal, but once it got to 40-45 °C, the host turned it off and forbid us to put the heating on by ourselves. So the water stayed good and warm for about 30 minutes after which it started to get cold. So 50€ for a 30 min hot tub is rather sad, plus there is now way to enjoy the hot tub next morning before leaving.

Lieliska vieta, kur atpūsties no pilsētas burzmas. Viss tīrs un pārdomāts. Ļoti atsaucīgi un pretimnākoši saimnieki. Izmantojām arī pirtiņu, kas bija lieliski sagatavota. Patika, ka ir padomāts arī par bērniem, kur var drošā vidē iziet, pastaigāties, rotaļāties bērnu laukumiņā, un pat apskatīt aitiņas. Noteikti vēl atgriezīsimies!

The interior of the house is cozy and stylishly furnished. Fully equipped kitchen, great coffee machine. Spacious living room and 2 bedrooms. Large terrace where you can eat your meals. Fast internet. Very nice, warm, cordial and helpful landlady.. Large garden with a swing. Close to the sea, shop and Armenian restaurant. I recommend this apartment.

Wonderful place! It was our first time staying here, and we had the whole house for a birthday party. We enjoyed every moment. The cosy balcony offers a scenic river view at sunrise, and the well-organised BBQ area is covered with a solid roof — perfect for any weather. The large kitchen table comfortably fit everyone. A great place overall — highly recommended! We’ll definitely book again for another weekend getaway or even a summer vacation.

We had a lovely stay at Anna's place. The studio is indeed quite small but is very well equipped (even a washing machine is there) and self-sufficient. We managed to make it work for a family of five (incl. three little kids). The location is just wonderful - there are forests and very few houses around. The walk to the beach is very enjoyable, also through the forest and half of it is a boardwalk (be aware of mosquitoes!). The building contained several other apartments that are rented out in the same way. There is a nice fenced area at the back of the house for the kids to play or for you to relax in a hammack or have a bbq. Whether this area is visible out of your window or not, depends on which side of the house your apartment is at. Anna is very friendly and proactive. She gave us many helpful tips about the surroundings and was always available if we needed her.

Нам довелось побывать в этих впечатляющих апартаментах. Они действительно прекрасны. Потолки поражают своей красотой. Пианино - это уникальная изюминка этого пространства. Моя дочь немного умеет играть. И я могу сказать, что звук этого старинного музыкального инструмента поразительный. Высокие потолки, современная техника, действующий камин, отреставрированный паркет - все находится в гармонии удобства и красоты. Арвис заботливый хозяин. Будьте уверены, что он сделает все возможное для того, чтобы пребывание здесь было на высшем уровне. Мы прекрасно провели время и вдохновились архитектурой этого места.

We were fortunate to reside in an exceptional apartment. It has all the things you need for daily life, so you'll feel right at home. You will have at your disposal coffee cartridges, dishwasher tablets, washing machine capsules, food spices, cooking oil, and so on. There are too many things to list, and I'm sure I'll forget something. The apartment has excellent heating, so if you are planning to visit Riga during the winter, you will not have problems with heating. The bed is comfortable to sleep in, so we woke up every morning rested to walk around Riga. The apartment has been extremely well-kept. The apartment's owner is really understanding. To give you an example, let me just say that we arrived in Riga early in the morning and were given permission by the apartment's owner to check-in earlier. Finally, all I can say is that I'm grateful to Arija for letting us stay in her apartment in Riga. In terms of its own status, Riga is a true metropolis. You really ought to visit Riga.

Highly recommend this apartment to family or a couple. Everything was super clean, if you care about spotless environment this apartment won’t disappoint you. Everything was well thought out, things were left to keep the apartment clean as you stay. Very comfortable, beautiful and moser design. We loved it.

Very nice appartment in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Lovely privat balconies. Only the staircase seemed like something which could need an update. However, when you open the door to the appartment you forget that. Close to plenty of restaurants, a nice park, a small supermarket and a very good backery.
