House holiday rentals in Jefferson County

This was a perfect place for our family get-together. The layout suited our needs perfectly and the pool, hot tub, games and theatre kept us all entertained. We appreciated the open living kitchen and dining as it served as an ideal hub for connecting. The main deck provided a wonderful place to visit and enjoy the views. Andrew was so responsive and kind. We never felt unsupported by our hosts. We would definitely recommend staying at Serenity Now.

This house was amazing! The views were breathtaking! We all loved everything about this house. It had everything you could possible want and more. There was nothing we needed besides having a good time. The kids loved it and so did the adults. We all want to go back! I would highly recommended!

The home is very warm and inviting! We appreciate the way it is decorated and the wonderful amenities. The pool and game/theater room are a wonderful addition for kids. Oh, and the views of the rolling hills and farm from the deck and pool are amazing and rejuvenating for the soul. We had a wonderfully fun yet relaxing time and would do it all again in a heartbeat!!

We were very pleased with this home, it was beautiful and well kept. There was lots to do in the home and many things to do close by. The home was spotless and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this place to others and will return when we are back in the area. In addition, Joe was very responsive to the only question we had during our stay.

Second time staying here, and like the first time everything was great! Paul and Teresa are very responsive and helpful and kind. We love the house and the community, very nice people. The community house and pool was also very nice once again. Overall we were very pleased and look forward to coming again. Thank you Paul and Teresa for sharing you home with us!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and had tvs in every room. There was plenty to do in the house and was very comfortable. The only issue was the lake was gone lol but that obviously can’t be controlled. It was the most fun we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely rent from Julie again!!!

This home was off the beaten path in a private gated community. Close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to get to local attractions, but far enough away to have privacy and peace and quiet. The interior of the house was really clean, and smelled great. The beds and pillows were comfy - and there were extras in case we needed them. The game room in the garage was awesome, we all loved it - not just our kids! The kitchen is stocked with almost everything you need, making it really feel like a home away from home. TVs in every room make it so no one argued about what to watch. There is a community pool and clubhouse located a few houses down from the rental home, super convenient. The hosts even have extra pool toys! Hosts are proactive providing check-in instructions and other information a couple days before and were super responsive when we had other questions. Overall, comfortable, clean, and private - 5 out of 5.

This was perfect for myself and my two teenagers after Christmas. Far enough from Pigeon Forge that it’s quiet and peaceful after spending the day around crowds. It was so quiet. The house was beautiful and very clean. Rebecca was very helpful and quick to respond when I messaged her. She had a great little guidebook with her local recommendations. The box of chocolates at check in was so sweet! Would love to stay here again if I’m back in the area!

I can't say enough how wonderful this stay was! One of our favorites for sure! Two if the most important things we focus on we stay somewhere is the comfort of bed and shower pressure and temperature. Both exceeding approval. This is the first place that the pictures didn't do justice...better than I expected. The view was amazing and having God time in the chapel were 2 of my favorites! My husband wanted to live there! Rick was very responsive and extremely helpful navigating the area. I hope to be a Airbnb host some day and they certainty set the standard of what I would like to achieve. The restaurants recommended were excellent. Farm Oaks breakfast and English Mountain trout ( you catch your own fish- but not required to be served) were our favorites. Well done my friends! Look forward to staying here again we come back

The place was as pictured. The hosts, Shannon and Brad communicated all information ahead of time with clear instructions which made for an easy check-in. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay.

Kimberly was a great host. She quickly responded to all communication. The dock was very nice and the channel was calm and deep. Like most homes on the lake it is built on the side of the hill which makes it a workout to walk back up to the house from the dock. I found the very twisty road going to the house entertaining. The view from the property was really beautiful. The lake is absolutely gorgeous with incredible scenery and impressive homes.

The house was the perfect place for our large family while visiting Knoxville for a special event. Rooms were as described, a comfortable and private stay. Hosts were very communicative and friendly.

Jamie‘s home was amazing very peaceful, clean and smelled good. Had everything we needed ! Jamie even bought stuff to get breakfast started for us & s’mores for the camp fire I thought that was so sweet!! soo recommend❤️

Bridget and Daniel’s home is beautiful and the direct view of the lake is very peaceful. We enjoyed the game room and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to eat. We were happy to stay at the house and enjoy family time mostly. And s’mores by the fire pit provided a fun time as well. We would definitely like to go back!

This place exceeded expectations. Between the beautiful views, comfortable and clean living space, and coziness of the entire neighborhood, our entire group was in awe. We were so grateful for the recommendations in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and we felt secure knowing that we could quickly reach Greg and Beth if we needed anything (which we didn’t). Highly highly highly recommend the Spellbound Inn! Our group is already making plans to return to this neighborhood in the near future!

Plenty of space to spread out, loved having the lake and used the Kayaks and lake floats daily. Kitchen needs to be organized but we found all we needed. Great location, easy drive to smoky mountains and tourist hotspots. Harry Potter room was a fun surprise

Was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay at the Dandridge House. It was conveniently located near Swan's Marina and Brian was very attentive. Thanks for the memories!

This home was absolutely stunning! Honestly, the photos didn’t even do it justice—it was even more beautiful in person. Every room was cozy and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect place to relax. The backyard fire pit was a highlight—we spent our evenings out there under the stars, surrounded by the magical glow of fireflies. It couldn’t have been more perfect. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our time here. Easy access to the highway leading to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all along the highway. For entertainment we did go to the Hatfield and McCoy’s dinner show and was very happy with it. Money well spent. Great time!!!

We had a wonderful school administrator retreat on beautiful Cherokee Lake. Great location for family, colleagues, or friends with multiple inside and outside areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake home on Douglas Lake! The home was well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were stunning, and it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the water. We brought our boat, which was a great addition to the trip. Just a heads-up for future guests: the last 1.2 miles leading to the cabin is a narrow one-lane road, which can be challenging to navigate with a boat and trailer—especially if you’re arriving first. Also, launching your boat may require a four-wheel drive vehicle, as the ramps are quite steep. Despite those logistics, we had an amazing time and would definitely return. The peaceful setting, well-stocked home, and lake access made it a great trip!

The place had everything we could have ever needed. Truly a home away from home. From toilet paper to seasonings we had everything we needed. I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs and never had one stocked the way this one was. There were even dog bowls for the pup that I thought were so cute. The place was so spacious. The basement with the bar area was perfect for the kids, you couldn’t hear a peep from upstairs. We had 7 of us + a dog and I never once felt crammed. The place was perfect, only thing for me personally was it was a little bit of a drive to the baseball park (Ripken) which is why we were up there but it wasn’t bad. Still so close to everything and super easy to get to. Loved the outside porches, it was so peaceful. There were neighbors but you still had plenty of privacy. Would book again for sure. Also, the owners were super responsive when there was an issue with the washer, they had a repair man out within a few hours and everything was perfect!

Beautiful place right on the lake. We had a great stay with our family. The kids loved the downstairs family room with bunk beds. The views are spectacular and the house is clean and well kept. The patio is fantastic and has great views. We spent a lot of time kayaking and fishing from the dock. The kitchen and laundry room are well stocked. The bathrooms are very nice. The guest bathroom has a crack in the tile, but it seems to be structurally okay. Google Maps took us to the wrong location, but Apple Maps had it right. A couple of things to watch out for: There were a few wasp nests, but they were easily handled with a bottle of wasp spray. Also, the dock has a section that is not sturdy and should not be walked on. None of these are huge deals, just FYI. Overall, we loved it and it fit our family perfectly. We plan to come back very soon to this house and would highly recommend it.
