Calhoun's Country Living

This 3 Bedroom Ranch House is located in a quite country setting with a large yard. 2 night minimum stay. It next to a family owned farm with small animals. You may hear sounds from the farm such as roosters, goats and protective farm dogs! There is a newly painted spacious deck, with a handicap ramp leading into the house. It has a driveway for 2 vehicles. You will have access to the entire house, (except the basement) and full yard. This is the place to enjoy nature at it's fullest beauty!

The Farmhouse is the original homestead dating back to the late 1800s. Recently updated in 2023, we kept its original charm but updated every room. Updates include new flooring, new appliances, new bedroom/living room furniture. New mattresses, freshly painted interior, new furnace and more… 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Sleeps up to 12 with 5 double beds and one queen size bed. Great for large groups. Full Kitchen, Large living area, and dining room that can accommodate your entire group.

We're also less than 30 minutes from Clear Creek State Park and Cooks Forest. You can walk to a grocery store, gas station and the Post Office. There's a laundromat nearby.
