Very clean, has a cute plunge pool, lovely front lawn with a swing and a little bird bath, and a backyard facing the hills. The home is well equipped, the caretakers lives right next door and are available to help 24/7, Capt rajesh is just a text away with great recommendations for cafes and food, all in close vicinity and lots of options. If you want to truly experience nandi hills, with a spectacular view, secluded ambience, and rustic vibes, enjoying nature, relishing still moments and having a plesant bbq, in a safe gated community, this is the place !

The place is great . Its same as shown in the photos . Aprajita is a very caring host providing every essential item for cooking, and also provided a great basket full of eatables and drinks her place felt like home away from another home .

The accommodations offered a delightful retreat. A refreshing pool provided a relaxing space to unwind. Indoor card games were also available for entertainment. The thoughtful amenities enhanced our stay. We truly appreciate the comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The place is very private and discrete in its location. If you are looking for someplace to chill by a private pool space , this is just the right spot . Its whole terrace with pool an amenities thats good for a private party, the rooms are basic but good . 2 bedrooms may sleep 6 . Host is very understanding and helpful. The house help is around. Very secure as the lower floor access is controlled via auomated locks and can only be opened from inside. Very safe

The stay was amazing. Loved the pool and the lawn. Made a few new friends max and jax, their golden retriever and German shepherd. Shamshad was great. Overall it was perfect. No complaints. We will be visiting the other properties soon!!! Thank you Rishab!!

I stayed only for a day but the house is really practical and well made. The location may seem a bit out of the way but we were able to navigate cabs/autos to our location. Rk was very helpful in guiding us through that. It is definitely a very nice house for families/couples with a small ground behind and a rooftop sitting area. Would definitely stay here again.

Dwell well is what Jeevan wishes for you and provides!! My trip was unplanned as I had to rush to B'lore to attend to my daughter who had met with an accident (hit and run case). Jeevan's cozy house was such a heartwarming and restful place in all of this chaos! Very close to Manipal hospital and conveniently located in the happening Indiranagar 100 ft road. I must mention how considerate Jeevan (and business partnerJuhie) were to have accommodated my extended stay by opening the first floor of this squeaky clean house. The 24x7 help, Bimal, is an extremely friendly and efficient caretaker! Kudos to you and your team, Jeevan! Wishing you many more years of hosting! Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful trees, making it a peaceful retreat. My girlfriend and I felt right at home, especially with the thoughtful addition of board games for some fun evenings. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Even before the home, I want to compliment the Host. Reshma is extremely hands-on, active and very prompt host. Along with her Mr. Abdul Aleem are good, honest people who strive to provide the best for their guests. The home is extremely comfortable, well-kept and spacious and easily can accommodate a complete family. The facilities in the home are very comfortable and well maintained. We were really thankful for the clean linen, bathrooms, large living rooms and thoughtful articles for use in the kitchen and bathrooms. We specially want to thank Reshma and we will definitely wish to stay in this same home the next time we reside at Bangalore.

We had a wonderful stay . The place was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the well-stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare our own meals during the stay. From utensils to basic supplies, it was thoughtfully equipped. The bedrooms were cozy, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Harshavardhana is a very kind person, always available to help you and, if necessary, to resolve the issues. Her home is perfect for both short and long stays, it is equipped with everything you need, manageable through a convenient application through your own Smart phone. Nearby is a supermarket, a gym, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is quiet and not affected by the typical traffic of luggage. Also comfortable for those who work at the nearby hospital. I really recommend it.

I stay at this place for wonderful host, good rooms maintained daily. This one is on the third floor, with an open terrace in the front, very good feeling during the stay. Only with government / local municipality wakes up to make the roads better. Will want to go again. Thank you.

Stay at the Rustic Manor was one of the highlights of our trip. The place was serene, beautiful, clean, spacious and met the needs of our large group. Raj, our caretaker, was truly the shining star of the stay. He was so wonderful and lovely, remembered all our choices individually and catered some of the best home cooked meal. Our hosts were very proactive with their communications, followed up periodically and took care of every little detail. The place was so close to all the buzz yet was in a quiet neighborhood that allowed us peace after a hectic day. We took advantage of all the optional services which was top notch. We enjoyed our stay greatly and can’t wait to book again when we visit Bangalore next.

After spending 15days here I genuinely feel a little strange to leave the place. It felt more than a stay. It felt like home!! The hosts are absolutely lovely,polite,warm and welcoming!! The house is beautiful furnished and is equipped with all the essentials right from the fresh towels, kitchen utensils, wifi connections,AC, home cook food( upon request- don’t miss out the fish curry and kid lamb curry absolutely delicious! ) , books etc Neighbourhood is peaceful, clean Location is good a fruit market and Nilgiris is 2 minutes away and a large market where you get everything is 3-4 minutes away. I’m very happy with my stay I’m rating a 5 star!
