The Carriage House was built with high-end, locally sourced materials and superb craftsmanship. It has a full kitchen with most large and small appliances. There are two bathrooms---one with a shower and free-standing tub; the other with a walk-in shower. There are two bedrooms-- one with a queen size bed; the other with two twin beds. It also has a wood burning fireplace, ( wood supplied ), excellent WiFi, satellite TV/netflix, gas barbecue ( gas supplied ), a patio with table and chairs.

This hand crafted log cabin is located 27 kms off of highway 5 on Pioneer Lake. This accommodation is remote , not suitable for day trips to Jasper. It is about one hours travel to get to a paved highway. PLEASE NOTE: You need a vehicle with clearance. An SUV or pickup truck. This is suitable for those who love the outdoors, quiet nature and knowledgeable about back-country living. Our Accommodations are licensed by the Municipality of Jasper and we adhere to Parks Canada's regulations. The suite is a large studio suite on the second floor of our home, private entrance and bathroom with shower. Kitchenette (no stove, there is a toaster oven) fully equipped with Coffee maker, dishes, sink, egg cooker, fridge, & sitting area. Valeted ceilings and an incredible view. 10 min walk downtown & train station, onsite parking.

It sits at quiet end of the street and nice neighborhood with a great playground across the road. A happy creek is 300m away for kids to play.
