Todo muy claro para accesar José Luis fui muy atento y siempre respondía a tiempo. todo muy limpio, muy bien ubicado y cómodo !!!

I had an amazing stay. The place was beautiful. The air conditioning worked very well. In fact I had to turn it off and the place stayed very cool without it on. The location was perfect. I would gladly stay again.

Gran atención al recibirnos antes de lo acordado, la amabilidad de Cindy muy destacable. La alberca y mobiliario de gran calidad, el agua del Jacuzzi deliciosa, fácil acceso a la playa y a las amenidades. La habitación amplia y con todo lo necesario dentro, muy limpio y acomodado. La zona no puede ser mejor, cerca del mercado, zona segura, restaurantes cerca, de toda clase de tiendas cerca. Les agradecemos mucho el espacio, definitivamente un buen lugar para regresar.

Our second time staying at this gem of a place with an ocean view one block from the beach. Elíseo is a gracious, helpful and communicative host. We will be back.

100%les recomiendo éste alojamiento hermoso, cómodo, limpio Loly siempre al pendiente, el personal de la torre bien amable, nos sentimos como en casa, la alberca maravillosa, el club de playa perfecto la playa, padrísima super tranquila sin oleaje intenso, limpia, un lugar perfecto para descansar y relajarse. Lo único que para mí no fue problema (porque renté carro) si debes considerar si vas por primera vez es que son como 30 minutos de distancia del aeropuerto. Pero también Loly te proporciona número de taxis y Uber seguro, así que tampoco es problema el traslado. Yo ya quiero regresar.

Javi's place was just as described! Beautiful rooftop pool, short walk to beach and great restaurants! The area was very peaceful and safe. All the people we encountered were so welcoming and friendly! Jan (our Concierge) met us at the elevator and took us up to our condo. He took us around the condo and explained everything necessary for a great stay. He was super responsive with my questions too! I would definitely stay at Javi's place again when my travels bring me back to Puerto Vallarta!!

Cerca del aeropuerto. Perfecto espacio para pasar cómodamente en familia. Acceso práctico a la alberca y playa, personal del condominio muy amable. Anfitrión muy atenta y puntual con la información y atención. Excelente experiencia y vivencia!

What a wonderful location. Beautiful condo. Well equipped...Amazing views...it was everything like what the pictures depict. Host was very good at responding. Property manager was amazing. Answered all our questions and made us feel right at home. The only issue we had was some dirty showers. There were large clumps of hair in 3 of the 4 showers. The second master shower was not draining until we found a plunger and cleared the drain line. A little gross, but nothing to get too worked up over. Just want the host to know the bathroom showers could have been a bit more clean with a little more detail to the clumps of hair before our checking in. Other than that, the condo is amazing...It had everything we needed...We felt safe and at home all week. The pool and staff were so friendly. Security was very helpful. A wonderful visit and we will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Gabriela and her team are great hosts. Response time was fast. They recommended restaurants, an in house chef, a massage professional. All great things to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The view from the balcony and pool deck are amazing! The staff of the building is kind and friendly! The place looks like the photos. It’s spacious and nicely lit. Kitchen is fully stocked with all major necessities. The pool within the balcony is fine for temperature especially when visiting during summer and high humidity times it’s refreshing. The building is a fairly nice stroll downhill however it gets steep at some points and there’s straits. I walked it up twice up. If you want a nice mini workout dig in if not the humidity will get ya. Uber is also a nice cheap drive back from any area of the Zona Romántica. Theirs also cute koi fishes in the pond within the level of the apartment

Everything was amazing. We stayed there before, and this was truly an amazing experience. Not that others were bad, but Karol was an amazing host.

Hermoso todo. La alberca es un poco pequeña, y para nosotros que éramos un grupo grande no nos funcionaba, pero pudimos utilizar las albercas de los condominios. Solo hubo unos detalles que me gustaría compartir para que se consideren. Los A/C les faltaba mantenimiento y casi no enfriaban, el agua de las regaderas solo salía caliente. Entendemos la regla de no ruido excesivo después de ciertas horas, pero el personal de seguridad nos dijeron que no podíamos ni estar platicando en la alberca privada en la noche. El último día estuvimos en una de las albercas, e igual nos dijeron que no podíamos tener música (aclaro que no estaba ni fuerte y era la 1pm), pero obviamente acatamos las reglas y apagamos la música. Y luego nos fueron a decir que no podíamos tener vasos de plástico mientras estábamos en la alberca. Pero, otras personas tenían vasos de plástico adentro y a ellos no les dijeron nada… si vas en plan de amigos consideraría otras opciones. Fuera de esto, todo muy bien!! Grax Sam

Excelente lugar, el anfitrión muy amable y al pendiente en todo momento. Fue en viaje familiar con mascotas y nos sentimos muy agusto. Cuenta con áreas verdes al por mayor, por todos lados, fue realmente agradable.

Thank you big! Margaret and her staff were amazing! Carmen was delightful and made sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail was an extra special touch. We celebrated a 70th birthday and she decorated and had a cake ready as an added surprise. Bonus tip...her cooking was WONDERFUL! Highly recommend you stay in and have her treat to you with a good home cooked meal! Great communication from the very beginning with Margaret with fast response time. We love visiting PV and will definitely keep Margaret and this listing in mind when we come to visit again!

The apartment was perfect. Super clean and comfortable. The sheets were magic! We loved the location that was not directly in the touristic area but still really close by walking. We recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jose's home - it was so lovely to come to a quiet place and just enjoy the ocean, the nice cool pool, the sunsets and the very comfortable furnishings. There was a small hiccup with the power and water getting turned off for an extended period one of the days we were there, but that was caused by the city and affected many other hotels/homes/businesses/condos up and down the beach from us, not through any fault of Jose's. He was most gracious to give us a small refund for the inconvenience, though and was very responsive to all of my questions throughout our stay! We will definitely be back! Thanks, Jose!

This condo was exactly as described. Despite being a condo it also had several nice amenities such as an onsite restaurant, an onsite spa and their prices were very reasonable. You can also order drinking water and ice from the lobby and order housekeeping services. for a reasonable cost. The condo also had some beach toys and boogie boards that we were able to borrow. Definitely an Airbnb we would love to rent again.

Un lugar muy limpio a pocos minutos de la playa, cerca de Vallarta y Bucerias. Tiene clima en toda la casa y cuartos, perfecto, sus camas son muy confortables. La alberca grande está en frente pero es area común y se disfruta. Está muy completa la cocina.

We can't recommend Lorena's place enough! Lovely condo, and extremely convenient, literally steps away from a nice large pool and the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Walkable to several restaurants, a couple of grocery stores in the neighborhood. Buses and Ubers to the airport, Puerto Vallarta or elsewhere were available just outside the condominium. Lorena was a very gracious and communicative host. Laura and Alberto were especially great, and very accommodating even when we arrived after midnight due to flight delays. We will definitely return!

Judith was incredibly gracious throughout our stay. When I reached out hoping to check in a few hours early, she quickly connected me with Mauricio, her home administrator. Mauricio met us promptly, provided everything we needed, and gave us a thorough overview of the space. Both Judith and Mauricio were attentive, responsive, and went out of their way to accommodate us. I would absolutely love to return!

This is a rare find gem - private villa, close to the small but nice beach protected from ocean waves. Two stores villa with a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, spacious common area, two ACs bedroom, two and half bathrooms. The host was easy to communicate with. Parking space is available right at the entrance door. Nearby restaurants are either at 5 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. Multiple hikes, one easy hike to the small waterfall starts right from the door. Highly recommend to rent it any time of the year.

El departamento está como se describe, zona muy tranquila y con facilidad acceso a Vidanta, solo le falta cosas básicas para cocinar si es que necesitas cocinar

One of the most beautiful airbnb's I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Would go back in a heart beat. John and team were extremely responsive and very helpful, 5 stars. Do yourself a favor and book this place.
