Excellent place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet. You will find all the amenities as they were shown in the house. It's pet friendly. My dog was very happy and there's plenty of room to walk around the designated areas.

Everything was perfect, the arrival instructions were very clear and the place was super nice, Stephan answered any questions quickly and Mrs. Sandy who greeted us, was very attentive and kind. We will definitely be back!

Josue's house is STUNNING! Photos don't do the scenery justice. The house accommodated our family of 5 adults and 3 kids and an infant with more than enough room. Lety was so sweet and attentive and helped us arrange for food delivery and cooked breakfast for us, we loved her! would visit again any day without hesitation!! ❤️

Absolutely amazing suite in the heart of Condesa. Adrian and Fernando were amazing host and always quick to respond. They even gave an amazing guide to the hot spots and restaurants surrounding the apartment. Despite being in town, the suite was exceptionally quiet at night and was easily walkable to some great food and sites. We will definitely be staying again when we are back in Mexico City. Apartment matched descriptions and had amenities such as shampoo and soap along with towels. Small kitchen essentials were available as well plus 2 bottles of water upon arrival. Highly recommend! Don't miss this beautiful spot!!

Colomba is an excellent host! He was always attentive and responded to every request immediately. We were allowed to enter before check-in and leave a little after check-out and we are infinitely grateful. The apartment is even better than described, it is nice, quiet, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has a beautiful garden that makes you feel like you have a little piece of paradise at your disposal. 100% recommended and we will certainly consider it in the future. Thanks Colomba and team!!! The space is very special! You enter the apartment through a garden and also have the opportunity to sit outside. Ivan's parents are good-hearted people who care wonderfully when you have a wish. The apartment is very cozy, from Ivan's parents you can rent an additional room with private bathroom if necessary. We highly recommend the place to everyone 💜 What is also to mention, you get drinking water!!!

I had a great long stay here with my dog. The studio is spacious and very comfortable for one person. I especially enjoyed the private garden — it was lovely to have fresh air and a peaceful spot to relax. The neighborhood is vibrant, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to supermarkets. It’s also walkable to a dog park, which was important for my pup. The host and her partner are incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. I felt at home right away and would definitely come back!

This was a fantastic stay. Giordana was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. She made everything easy and seamless, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is in a great location—right in the heart of the city, with tons of local flavor all around. My girlfriend and I had no trouble finding restaurants, street food vendors, and interesting things to do, all within walking distance. One of the main reasons I chose this Airbnb over a hotel was for the space, and it absolutely delivered. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. The only minor downside was a neighbor’s dog that barked all day, but that’s just part of city life. It didn’t significantly impact our stay, and of course it’s not something Giordana could control. If you're choosing to stay in an urban area—especially one this central—some ambient noise is to be expected. Thanks Giordana!

Would happily stay here again. The place was spacious, well-appointed, had a feel that was both modernist and comfortable, welcoming, lots of pots, pans, utensils, etc., if you want an evening in. The neighborhood, Coyoacán, is wonderful: colonial architecture, cobblestone streets, magical at night, lots of restaurants, bars, and cafés, eminently walkable, and within spitting distance of museums and parks (Museos Frida Kahlo, Trotsky, de Culturas Populares, Viveros). If you want to hang out with lots of gringos, go to Condesa. If you want more local color and history, Coyoacán is your spot. Most of all, though, Águeda is an extraordinarily responsive hostess: kind, solicitous, attentive. She did everything in her power to make our stay pleasant. Thanks, Águeda!
