Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

This cute studio lies in the foot of Notre Dame and located on a quiet street. And only 20 meters far from the Seine River. This studio of 25 square meters , 3th floor without elevator was renovated this spring and equipped with kitchen ,washing machine and dryer, bath towels and toiletries. Faces a small courtyard and is extremely quiet all day long. The size of ​​the mattress is 140*195CM. The bedding is brand new cotton sateen, and professionally cleaned after every guest.
