Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Jardim do Mar

We felt very relaxed and comfortable at Antonio’s lovely house and the garden and views were impressive. We appreciated the interesting features in the garden with its nature feel and enjoyed the pool and sauna which we thought was a real asset for the place. The house is interesting and cared about and Antionio was an excellent and helpful host. We were glad of the car we hired to access shops, restaurants, beach and walking areas as without one would be difficult but it suited us really well as 4 adults who wanted a base from which to explore Madeira.

Hello, José is a welcoming host, his home is very clean and comfortable. We arrived at night and were treated to sandwiches with cake, some eggs, fruits and vegetables, and cold milk. It was nice to stay in this accommodation. 😊

Absolutely loved our stay. It is beautiful and quiet, easy parking, attentive host. Loved the view. Bed was super comfortable. Can’t think of any negatives.

It was a great BnB. It has awesome view, very well stocked kitchen and all the amenities one needs. Pedro was a really nice and organized host. We also met the black friendly kitty as mentioned by the other guest and took care of her for the week we were there. Supermarkets and restaurants were 5-6 min cardrive away. It was a perfect stay for us and will highly recommend it to everyone!

As soon as we arrived at the place in Fatima we understood why I had 5 stars in Airbnb! We chose it for being located in a good spot to allow us to drive around the island in a few days. Law views from the terrace of the room/living room, Fatima's attention from the first moment, all the details that it has with its guests (gifts, towels, slippers, everything you need to cook, washing machine, barbecue area for free use...) and being able to park in the door have made this accommodation our second home and the place we will return to in our already planned second trip to Madeira very soon! Totally recommended!

Such a gem for such an affordable Price! Right down in the heart of island you’re a 2-10 min walk from everything! I loved it and you will too!

The accommodation was beautifully located in a very quiet location with a breathtaking view. Everything was clean and furnished with love so that you can only feel comfortable from the first moment. It had everything you need, we also loved the many kitchen utensils and the grill, which we used every day. The terrace with whirlpool, lounge, loungers and table were the highlight. We spent a lot of time in the accommodation because we felt so comfortable. Calheta beach is 5 minutes by car and highly recommended. We also found the private parking lot great. Bruno and Maria are very accommodating and also asked how we are and if we need anything. The location was perfect for us, very quiet, lots of privacy and yet we can get everywhere by car. Our stay in Madeira was not only beautiful, but thanks to this accommodation really relaxed and especially uncomplicated. What particularly impressed us was the outstanding flexibility: wishes were immediately taken into account, individual concerns were always implemented in a friendly and solution-oriented manner. You can just tell that they work with heart and genuine hospitality. Communication was always fast, personal and helpful - this creates trust and an all-round good feeling. Wow, that's a nice apartment! I recommend booking immediately if it's still available. The location is perfect; views from the balcony, dining room, and bedroom are outstanding. You'll find everything needed in the apartment. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. It's for sure one of the best apartments on Airbnb! 100 %!

Great apartment which gives the feeling of home. Very well equipped with everything you need to spend the holidays. Close to shops, restaurants, paddle court, port which made it easy to find activities. 5 min walk to two beaches (sand and rocky). Very responsive hosts, clear instructions were given from the beginning. The parking place saved us from the hassle of finding parking so great value to have. Would recommend for a family stay

upon arrival we were very well received by Ana. She explained everything to us and we were even able to arrive a little early at the apartment. She gave us tips for sightseeing, dining, and also told us the nearest supermarket. Ana was at her best!!! The apartment is perfect, there is everything you need even more than we imagined. Thank you for everything! We were able to fully enjoy this beautiful island. And Gabriel spent almost all his evenings in the pool 😄 thank you again from all 3 of us

The stay at Juan’s House let us to relax in great atmosphere. The apartment is well equiped even including cofee machine. There is a view at ocean from taracce. It is very clean and very well prepared for guests.

Leonardo let us check in early. Beautiful clean environment right next to the water. He provided a clear and quick video to watch for instructions. Parking is a little complicated but your car is safe in a garage which is nice. Definitely recommend.

A lovely apartment: convenient, well-situated and pleasant views. Good location if you have a hire car; Funchal isn’t far at all, and there are many local shops and restaurants. Host-wise, unless you speak a little Portuguese, it can be slightly difficult; Jose is happy to call and speak for his mother. Very friendly and welcoming!!!

Serene sea side getaway with beautiful ocean views and plenty of food options nearby. If you want to explore the Western side of the island this is the perfect spot to serve as a launchpad for said adventures. Amazingly comfortable bed and stunning place to catch the sunset. Two thumbs up!

The apartment was perfect for our family, a great base to explore the island. Well equipped for a family though we only used for breakfast, eating out in the many local restaurants . The bakery downstairs is fabulous , serving breakfast, lunch and snacks..

This condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view. Plenty of seating, close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The infinity pool which looked over the ocean was lovely. We would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the individuality of the apartment and the outdoor space . It is up a hill but all good exercise ! The bus stop for the ride to Monte Palace Gardens is close by and makes a lovely day out . Carlos is welcoming and the apartment is lovely and clean .

The space is in an incredible location. 5-star reception. I'll be back!
