Beach house holiday rentals in Jard-sur-Mer

We had a great stay at Cyril and Isabelle's. The house is perfectly in line with the description, very clean, comfortable, quiet and tastefully decorated. The city center and local shops are accessible on foot or by bike. They were welcoming and warm hosts. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

We knew the residence and we love it. The house and its garden are perfect, everything is there for a relaxing holiday in a quiet setting and very close to the sea. The bathing beach is 10 minutes by bike. We will come back without hesitation!

New house, very bright, well laid out, very clean and decorated with great taste. We appreciated the delicacies that awaited us upon our arrival. Great highlight, from the house you can quickly access to Gouil beach on foot. Very good exchanges with Gaël. We would definitely recommend this listing.

Very nice accommodation! We had already come, it feels at home! The house is clean and very well-equipped. The garden with its terrace is pleasant and perfectly enclosed (very nice when you have a dog). And most importantly, proximity to the beach and forest is a real plus! Alexandre is responsive and gives all the information. We recommend!!!

Very nice and comfortable accommodation a few steps from the beach, and close to the shops of Jard sur Mer. Bertrand and his wife welcomed us with a lot of sympathy and many explanations about the walks to do in the area. It was exactly what we expected, we had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Joëlle's! Her welcome was incredibly warm, with a lot of kindness. The house is perfect for a family getaway: clean, practical, pleasant and very well thought out. The apartment is cozy, very clean and a whole garden with terrace, parking and loungers under palm trees is also free to use. Sylvia was waiting for us directly at check-in and was always approachable and very helpful. The accommodation is superbly located and only 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Mosquito screens on the windows (at least in the bedroom) might be useful. We felt at home, thank you to Sylvia and Nathalie!

We had a great stay at the Hasard house the terrace with pool is superb and invites rest and wonderful moments with friends. the house is within walking distance of the village of La Chaume with local shops and 5 minutes' drive from the rest. and at the end of yours the beach... the location is ideal. Elodie is adorable, responsive and very accommodating a great time.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We had a great stay. The residence is quiet. The house is as advertised. The house has been renovated and everything is optimized. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, it was perfect.

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

Lovely stay in Ile de Re. Beautiful property located in a peaceful area only 5 minutes from a the town square with bakery and local market. Isabelle was very helpful.

We stayed in this very nice house that met our expectations! The garden and its terrace were very pleasant. The children did not want to leave the pool. The proximity to the beach was a real plus for us! Communication was very good with our host. Really, a good time with the family!

Very nice house, quiet and very well equipped

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully designed and well equipped villa, which entirely met our expectations- ripe apricots on the tree and our own Boule court were delightful extras. It is ideally situated within walking distance of both the beach and the town centre. Communication before and during our stay was prompt and helpful. We would recommend to others without hesitation and hope that we will visit again before too long

Great two weeks, accommodation was as described and very clean and tidy. Sebastien was very responsive and helpful. It was a great location for our cycling with some great beaches, would highly recommend.

Stay from June 6 to 9, 2025. Beautiful peaceful place and not overlooked. Close to the beach and close to the forest, offering superb walks. House faithful to the description and the reviews correspond exactly to what we found with extremely friendly, available and caring hosts. very well located accommodation near the sea and city center we did not use our vehicle except to go to the supermarket. we were quiet a real pleasure this fireplace during this time of January

A small, fine house right by the sea, really 1 minute to the beach. There is everything you need in the house. From Wi-Fi to all conceivable kitchen utensils. There's only one thing you need to know: one room is an open mezzanine.
