Highly recommended, the apartment had everything necessary and the cart was super safe. The terrace facilities were also nice and quiet.

Awesome luxury stay in a perfect location!

We had an amazing end-of-year stay at this property with my family. The accommodation exceeded our expectations: everything was impeccable, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the common areas allowed us to enjoy together without feeling cramped. The location is excellent, in front of the beach and with easy access to restaurants and shops. In addition, the host was very attentive and kind, always ready to help us with any questions or recommendations. It was definitely a memorable experience to close out the year, and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for everything!

A very quiet and clean place, especially with a lot of security. The warmth of Eliza and her father Victor is very nice. We went with our daughter Victoria who really enjoyed the pool. Recommended and we'll be back.

Excellent apartment, Darwin was very flexible for the check-out. Also, the apartment had absolutely everything you need for our short stay. We recommend it 100%, Darwin responded immediately with a single issue that we had with the master bedroom air conditioning and we fixed it immediately.

The place is exactly what is published in the photos, the apartment is in a very neighborhood of Manta, very quiet, there is no noise on the street, the building staff is very friendly and ready to help. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need for your stay. Pedro as a host was pending since we started our trip, he made us very good recommendations, responded quickly to our messages, we felt at home. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

My family and I had a beautiful vacation in Manta, Ecuador, but especially in Katty's beautiful apartment! Everything was very clean, beautiful decor, two bathrooms (which was phenomenal since we went as a family). Apart from everything, the apartment is in a very good location to everything. We enjoyed the pool a lot and the service of the guys from the hotel was also great. Ahh, I forget to tell you that the view from the apartment is beautiful. Full of windows so you can see the sea and the beautiful city at night. I sincerely recommend this apartment for your stay. Much more thank you Katty for everything ❤️🙏🏼🙌🏻

I felt right at home, during my stay Emili I help me with more requests than I made, I had an inconvenience and it helped me solve it super fast and that is very good in my opinion. It is the second time I go to Marina Bay, I love that urbanization because of how quiet it is and the guards are very helpful but if it was good that there are nearby shops 🥹 for people who do not go by car I feel that I do not recommend them since there is no delivery but if they go by car or they are willing to pay taxi always because it serves them. I also really liked that they are pet Friendly 💓 would definitely go again again

A really good place, the photos fall short, the apartment is very nice, clean, with an excellent view of the beach, in a quiet area that avoids the noise of the city but relatively close to everything. The hosts are very friendly, give all the directions very clearly and are always attentive. Highly recommended!
