Amazing place to stay — (2 of us, did not cook, etc while we were guests) clean, spacious, no detail overlooked, comfy bed, great location, nearby restaurants & coffee shops, renovated, perfect place to rejuvenate after a day of activities. Host was able to change our dates of arrival, communication outstanding. We would definitely stay here again. Best airBnB we have stayed in. Thank you.

Lourdes was an incredibly warm and welcoming host. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at home with her kindness and attentiveness. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Her hospitality truly made the stay special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Nancy was a great host. Noticed a few issues from previous renters but Nancy put them right straight away. Very friendly, Very welcoming and an amazing host. Nancy made our 12 day stay feel like a second home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute.

This stay was fantastic! A few people and I went to the Governor’s Ball music festival, and Leidi’s place was the perfect setting to host us! It was close to the Floral Park LIRR station, and was in a very safe and private neighborhood. The listing was very accurate to what the stay was like, and we felt very at home. Would recommend highly!

The overall cost was a bit pricey, but the responsiveness of Lavish & Live and being downtown and included parking made the price more reasonable. I would book again.

The place was amazing . Very clean and cozy . I was in love with the decoration and the colors . I will definitely book it again. The bathroom was very clean , the kitchen as well . I enjoyed staying there .

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was top notch—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Check-in was smooth, and everything we could possibly need was available. A perfect blend of comfort and class—highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The Airbnb was very clean and spacious for six of us. Very comfortable area. Subway station was about an 18 minute walk and that worked well for us. They responded to our text very quickly. They let us know on a daily basis if we needed anything to reach out to them. The only drawback for us was there was no coffee maker or Keurig. Unfortunately, instant coffee doesn’t cut it for us. But overall, the place was very beautiful and as I said earlier clean and comfortable

We really enjoy our stay at Clover’s place. She is a great host and very helpful. This was our first time visiting New York and she was very nice to me and my family.

Mackenzie's apartment was perfect for our short stay while attending a funeral in East Williston. Our 13 year old Cavalier thoroughly enjoyed the fenced-in backyard; an unexpected perk for this rental. We appreciated the basket of snacks as well as the treats and bowl of water for our dog that awaited us when we arrived. The entire apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. As we were only able to stay one night, but paid for two, it was a bit pricey. That said, because we had to travel with our dog and wouldn't be able to check out until mid-afternoon, we were thankful to have such a great place to stay. Mackenzie and family couldn't be more accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

Davit was an excellent host, and the place was wonderful. It is in a separate building detached from the main house. Everything can't be more than a year old. I think the place was roomier than it looked in the pictures. The few questions I had upon checking in were answered promptly and helpfully.

I really recommend this place, if you’re looking for a nice peaceful and quiet place out of the city. The airbnb looked and was exactly like how it’s described and was very nice for me and my girlfriend. The host was really nice and made the airbnb really easily accessible for us. There is a 7/11 that is really close (walking distance) which is really convenient. I have no complaints whatsoever and I wanna thank Madinat for being an amazing host !

Very clear directions and responsive, caring hosts. Apartment was beautiful and spacious. My daughter enjoyed going to the coffee shop below every morning. Lots of unique stores and restaurants nearby. Overall a great choice!

The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Apartment was clean,spacious we stayed 6 nights with our 2 year old baby. You can get bus no 126 which will take you to time square so very convenient to travel to newyork. Aj and John were very helpful and great host. We had a great stay. Best wishes . Bimla

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! We absolutely loved our stay at Laurie’s place in Hoboken! The home is exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well thought-out. Laurie has truly anticipated every need, making it easy to feel right at home. We were a group of six (three couples), and the space was perfect—spacious & comfortable. The beds were especially cozy. The location couldn't have been better—just a 10-minute walk to the PATH train, which made getting into NYC fast and simple. After long days exploring, it was so nice to return to a quiet, relaxing home base in Hoboken. The neighborhood itself is absolutely charming, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes. I only wish we’d had more time to enjoy Hoboken itself. We especially loved grabbing coffee just a block away at Hey Coffee People and relaxing in the peaceful backyard. All in all, Laurie’s place is a rare find. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Christabella's place was just what we were looking for. It was within walking distance of all the things we wanted to do, felt more at home than a hotel, lots of great places to eat close by, and the price was right.
