Miao was the perfect host. everything on the review that left him with 5 stars across the board is exactly as it is. the location of the property was next to so many restaurants and the train station that it was an easy 5 min walk both. the place was clean, quiet, and the entire location was kept clean. Miao was very communicative throughout my whole stay and answered all of my questions with no issues. I would greatly stay in this location again.

Aneil is not only a great host, but he also gave me excellent advice on what to see and do. He explained the best ways to get around, in which order to visit places, and what times of day are ideal. He recommended restaurants and gave me general tips as well. We even went out for food and drinks together. Later, we visited a rooftop bar and then went out partying somewhere else. It was an amazing evening with him. He’s very friendly and kind. The apartment is clean, and the price is more than fair — especially considering that it’s only about a 10-minute walk to Jackson Heights. You have everything within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, laundromats, supermarkets — all very typical of New York. The location is honestly fantastic. You can get to Manhattan quickly and reach JFK Airport in about an hour. Overall, the location is excellent — there’s really nothing to complain about.

This was our first Airbnb booking and our first time in the US, so we were a bit nervous — but staying with Tian was a great experience! 😁 Tian was an excellent host. Communication was perfect. We landed in New York around midnight and still got a reply within minutes — much appreciated! The room wasn’t super modern, but it was very clean and spacious, with a comfy bed, a big TV, a balcony, AC, and space for our luggage. The bathroom was also spotless. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, plus a coffee machine with enough coffee for a week! 😅 Big plus! It’s a 5-minute walk to 111th St. subway station, and the 7 line takes you straight to Times Square. You might need time to get used to the area, especially if you're from Europe. We felt safe and comfortable. The vibe is great — just a matter of taste 😇 For NYC, the price and quality were amazing. Highly recommend! Thanks, Tian! Greetings from Poland! 🇵🇱

This is my second time with Elias, Marcelo, and the cats. It’s quickly become my favorite place to stay in New York. It’s super quick and easy to get to the city and you have cafes, pharmacy, and grocery in the immediate area as well. The hosts are so so kind and feel like immediate friends. They helped me get my stuff up and down the stairs and even fed me dinner on my last night. My bestie Ray the orange cat was always waiting for me when I got home from my outings- even rushing out to greet me late at night. As someone who travels a lot, I’m sure I will be back soon.
