Farmstay holiday rentals in Jackson County

My wife and I were celebrating our first wedding anniversary the weekend we stayed with Patricia. Her guest house is located on her property but a few hundred feet away from her house. It's very cozy and private with its own parking spot, and it had everything we needed (bed, couch, TV, Kitchen, Bath etc). The surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous and tucked back in the Applegate Valley along Thompson Creek. Very quiet with a lot of wildlife and scenic views. Probably the best part about our stay was Patricia herself. She is the kindest, friendliest, and most accommodating host that we could have asked for. She made sure to check in with us before and shortly after we arrived. She gave us recommendations of things to do and offered to cook us breakfast. We were running around all weekend, but we did get to spend some time chatting with her and getting to know her, and I'm grateful we did. She is a wonderful person to be around and I will miss her and her 2 cute dogs and horse!

Great location, close to wineries and Jacksonville.

Beautiful ranch on a family home and felt welcoming. Everyone ensure we had the correct instructions to find it at the time due to road closures. Mandy reached out in advance to talk through the rental so as we didn’t have any surprises on arrival e.g no Aircon

We liked staying at the house in which actually the family was living. We felt as if we were welcomed as their family guest. The culture was akin to mine. The artisan wood floor and ceiling made a huge difference on our spirit. Very beautiful house!

This place is literally a little piece of paradise. We spent a bit of time talking with Lisa and found her charming and truly a pleasure. As for the room, as a former hotel manager, I often find that I am put off by the cleanliness of places I stay. In all honesty, this is the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. This place is a treasure. We highly recommend this place!

Great people, Great place, will be back!!

This place is an experience! Coyotes howling at night, farm animals out the window, beautiful fog and wonderful hosts. The drive is a little hairy and far out, but totally worth it. If you’re a light sleeper, be wary of farm dogs that bark all night. Didn’t bother us, but we woke up a few times. We will absolutely book again when coming to Ashland!

Phenomenal place to stay! The ranch is gorgeous, and the glamping was perfect! We loved the amenities, and can't wait to come back! We are telling all our family and friends about Willow-Witt Ranch! We loved buying organic eggs and meats right from the ranch to take home! Suzanne and Lizette are the best hosts! Grateful we found this ranch! We hope to be regulars and visit often!

Lovely place. The directions from the host are very helpful-our GPS alone got us close but not quite there. One quick warning-the bathroom doors are sliding barn style doors and don’t lock. This is absolutely fine if you’re with other adults-they stay closed if you leave them alone-but a child, or in our case, a small dog with separation anxiety, can leave you with some unexpected exposure that could be a little awkward. I was very glad we were meeting family, not staying with them. That aside, the cottage was lovely. It has a small fenced area that was awesome to let us and the beasties hang out off leash.

Far exceeded our already high expectations! Beautifully restored mid-century house on THE most spectacular property! Truly stunning as a deer and her 2 just born fawns grazed on our doorstep. No houses in sight just lavender, sheep and peace! Central to so many wineries and only 30 mins to Ashland ! Can’t imagine staying anywhere else now!

Stephanie's Airbnb was very private, quiet, and price was very reasonable. I had a question before check in, Stephanie responded friendly and quicky. I would definitely rent here again.

I’ve stayed at tons of Air BnB’s over the years and Dorothy’s place is one of the best! Any issues or questions that came up were answered promptly and kindly! Beautiful house on a beautiful property. Would definitely stay again in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at TTs! House is very secluded, clean & unique. I loved sitting out in the sun and look at the beautiful views. I’ll be staying here again when I come back

Beautiful home , great space to stay with friends and family… we stayed at the end of March . Wish our trip would have brought us here in the Summer months with everything in bloom . Would have loved to have used the pool !

My stay at the cabin was amazing! If you're looking for peace and quiet and a chance to connect with nature, this is the perfect spot. I loved hiking, enjoying the creek, and reading on the front porch. It was so restful to sit and listen to the birds and watch the goats and cows as they roamed around the ranch. Julie and Andy were wonderful hosts and suggested some great off-property activities. My personal favorites were hiking Upper Table Rock (followed by a flight and lunch at Kriselle Cellars) and spending an afternoon in cute downtown Ashland. It's also a great jumping-off point for Crater Lake. I absolutely recommend the cabin at Sunnybrook Ranch for anyone who is looking for a tranquil getaway!

Thanks for a great stay in a beautiful place. It's easy to get to Ashland and other surrounding areas. The kids loved the goats and they were very impressed by the toilet paper bow!

What a wonderful place to stay! So peaceful and serene. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area again.

There are only positives. The house is clean, spacious, beautifully appointed with everything you could need. As others say, the on-demand coffee maker & the imported Swiss beans make for an easy, delicious coffee experience. The beds are comfortable. The showers have plenty of pressure & hot water. You can take a short walk to see chickens, llamas, donkeys, horses & a pond. It is a working farm. We saw hay baling. The backyard has plenty of seating for either sun or shade. Take that cup of coffee out to the Adirondack chairs & get some morning sun. We attended a family wedding in Jacksonville. A very cute town that is maybe a 5 min drive. This is the best of both worlds, close to a town but the quiet of the country. The house fit 4 adults & an 11 year old boy quite comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay! The surroundings were peaceful and scenic, with a beautiful creek flowing right through the backyard — perfect for relaxing and soaking in nature. Drew was incredibly welcoming and kind. He even offered us some eggs to taste when we arrived, and they were so delicious we ended up buying more from him. Truly a warm and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Michael and Mindy's place was extremely well organized. The house was very charming with a front yard and a back porch overlooking a peaceful green stretch. Michael made sure we were comfortable as the weather changed during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Valisatie’s house was even better than we expected despite all the good reviews. She was very communicative and updated pictures to show the current layout. 9 of us stayed and weren’t lacking for anything—and the kitchen was the best stocked one we’ve ever stayed in!

Country feel and only 10 minutes from town. We were a party of 3 adults, so 3 beds / bedrooms and one bath was perfect. The kitchenette was helpful and contained everything we needed. Loved visiting with the animals!

The house Is very nicely furnished and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Communication with Kristina was easy and efficient. Check-in/check-out was very easy. This is a great spot to not only enjoy the Hummingbird Estate wines, but to make the rounds of the many wineries in the area. We would not hesitate to rent again when in Jacksonville—which is a great, friendly town.
