We rented a place through this application for the first time, the owners of the villa, father, son, very polite, and humble. We got an immediate answer to all our questions. Even though the weather was rainy, the pool was so hot that we could get in even in the evening. We loved the villa in the photos, but when we got there, we all just loved it. Since the villa is on the hill, it has an enormous view. There is no one around that can bother you. The temperature of the pool was very nice. There is a thermometer and air conditioning in the house, you can turn it on as long as you want. Since it was cold in the evening, we opened it all the way and the floors were warm. There are 2 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, except for 2 shared toilets and 1 shower place. The landscaping of the garden was amazing. When we will come as a crowded group, this will be our only address from now on. The man responded anytime we sent him. and at checkout my kids forgot some cash and he sent us the money via bank transfer. if I or one of my relatives or friends ever visited Spanca we would definitely stay at his place.

It was raining when we went and the barbecue in the open area was unusable, but the management allowed us to use the barbecue at the reception. The house was clean and tidy, and we had no problems in this regard. But the water in the apartment we stayed in was unpressurized and yellow, I don't know if it was a problem specific to that day or if it was always like that, but it was still nice.
