Superbe duplex de 110 m2 entièrement équipé, 2 chambres (2 lits dbles - Matelas confortable pour 5ème personne si besoin), 2 SDB/WC, grande terrasse ensoleillée. Calme et lumineux, proche toutes commodités (tram Vleurgat 93/8 à 3 min a pied, place du Chatelain à 5 min, bois de la cambre et place Flagey à 10 min à pied). Wifi. Machine à laver. Lave vaisselle. Ascenseur. Pas de soirée. Mon chat, très gentil et discret, reste en general dans l'appartement :)

Charming, very bright apartment, on the mezzanine, located in the heart of Ixelles. Right next to Avenue Louise known for its beautiful shops, Place Flagey where you can walk along the Ixelles ponds, eat or have a drink. Near the Place du Chatelain, known for its market and aperitifs in summer. 20 min walk from the Parc du Bois de la Cambre and 10 min from the city center and cinemas. The apartment is also a 10-min walk from the European Commission.

Cozy and very pleasant appartment in Ixelles

We are renting our beautiful flat during our holidays. It is very well located in Ixelles, between the famous "Place Jourdan" and "Place Flagey". You will be able to enjoy its little garden and bright, spacious living areas. Transport facilities, supermarkets, restaurants and parks are just a 10-minute walk away. The city centre can be reached in 20 minutes by bus (95). Bed linen and towels are included.
