Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

Very nice accommodation, nice hostess, great and quiet location. Check-in and check-out totally uncomplicated. Everything great!

On the day of arrival, they were immediately present after a message and we received an enthusiastic welcome, after some explanation and the key was everything for themselves, apartment was really very clean and tidy. Everything is available for the kitchen and the hosts are really super friendly and enthusiastic.

Catherine is a wonderful host. She responded quickly to queries and made wonderful dinner recommendations. We had an amazing dining experience at L’Hommage. The house is a home from home. It is comfortable rather than luxurious making it an easy place to relax. As described, it is a little walk from the Metro station but it’s worth it in order to visit the patisseries and intermarche! It was an excellent base for a few days in Paris with friends

Aurore was the perfect host. The house was beautiful- photos don’t do it justice. 10 minute walk to the train or underground and then straight into central Paris. Excellent private parking spot. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you so much :)

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

Very helpful and kind host and a beautiful place to stay. It was peaceful and near a metro stop, making it easy to travel into the heart of Paris without having to stay there where all the noise is. The surrounding neighborhood was also fun to explore, with markets nearby to grab groceries for cooking. Very clean and provided dishes, which was super thoughtful. If I could give more than a 5/5 I would!

We spent one week there, a family with two kids. The place was super close to public transport, plus super market for necessary groceries. It was a really nice stay, all our needs were covered. If I could add a suggestion for improvement, it would be to add some bins for garbage or recycling collection.

Anouar is a great host. Location is great to travel around Paris with it being very close to the metro. Listing is accurate and I the flat was very clean. He was very flexible and helped me check in early when I needed. Overall I would recommend. The only downside was the noise but if you bring some earplugs you won’t notice it :)

Our family of 4 had a very comfortable 4 nights stay at Anna and Nadim’s beautiful apartment. It is every bit a lovely as the photos - beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you need for a comfortable city break. After long day’s visiting the wonderful city of Paris it was the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The location was great - plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, and a very, very short walk to the nearest Metro station - within 20 mins we were within the heart of the city. Check in was very easy, with clear info and great communication from the hosts. Highly recommend - we hope to stay again!

Fahad is a great host, the apartment is cozy, close to the RER gare, very convenient to get to downtown Paris in 20min.

Justine was super helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay in a quiet little apartment. Really great space for the price and lovely and clean. We were easily able to get into central Paris in around an hour by public transport. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Paris but not pay for central accommodation prices. 10/10 for everything!

Great place as described by Matheo! The place especially the bathroom and kitchen were so clean and walkable to many nearby stations. There's also a bus stop a minute away from the place. I read few reviews about the neighbourhood being sketchy but my Partner and I had no issues at all. The place is on the 4th floor but again no issues as we had 2 light suitcases. Matheo is a great host and really enjoyed my stay here!

The stay was really great, the apartment had everything and it is very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and there were no problems with anything. She is very nice and friendly, always quick to respond to messages. It is very easy to get to the center because you can get everywhere by subway number 7 and at most you will change to something, so the journey is efficient and fast. Recommended for everyone!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally - that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for a reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, you have come to the right place.

Would and will come again

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available to us around the clock for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

Very good stay in a slightly noisy apartment (but this is often the case in Paris). Only downside: the shower probably needs to be renovated. Very easy communication and spacious accommodation. Close to the metro.
