Had a wonderful stay, cosy, well equipped and great location for walking to everything we needed.

Listing as described. Nevertheless, unresponsive host we had to wait a long time for a response from the host to have the check-in instructions and be able to access the accommodation. In addition, some trash present (trash can not emptied and empty cans present). The place is perfect for a night, but little more for the comfort of the mattresses.

Spacious accommodation, perfect for a family. The many amenities on offer make the stay very pleasant. Very responsive host, always ready to help.

Fantastic accommodation. It had everything you needed and is really well thought out, with glove and bought warmer by the door to plenty of storage for all your bulky outer layers. It is a cosy log cabin near local shops and restaurants.

You can walk to the 2 supermarkets, the SIIDA (Sami museum), the Sajos (cultural center), on the lake of Inari on foot. Lake inari very good for the northern lights. 30mn from Lemmenjoki Park, 10mn from a Rennes Sami farm by car * Host Verneri, who lives far away, did us a great service by welcoming us at the last minute when we didn't have a place for 2 people. He is very responsive and friendly. Conclusion: We recommend this listing that really deserves it. You won't be disappointed!!

Great place in a great location. Has everything you need for a week in Saariselkä. The sauna is great and the view on the terrace is excellent for cooling off. Thanks again and see you next time 😃

Thoughtfully furnished, well-equipped, fastidiously maintained. Clean. Quiet. Cozy. Lots of natural light. Oriented east-west, with expansive windows onto a small, wooden deck, and birch-filled woods. A fifteen-minute taxi ride from the airport. A fifteen-minute walk to the supermarket. Quick access to an impressive, forested nature path which meanders into town. Easy access to the town bus terminal, then a 30-40 minute bus ride away from Saariselkä. A responsive host. Great stay !

The apartment matched the description, was clean and had everything you needed. The bed and sofa bed are good to sleep in. Communicating with the host was smooth.

Teemu responded quickly to messages and was ready to support if you had any questions. The stay was top notch, all new and smooth.

Juhani is very friendly and kind. He answered all our questions about access and even bought additional equipment. Unfortunately the extreme climatic conditions (-30°) and a totally snowy access in the middle of the night forced us to walk in the powder, the cold also forced us to shorten our stay but this cottage is a haven of peace , perfectly located by the lake with electricity, the latter has all the necessary comforts. Thank you to Juhani for agreeing to shorten our stay and for all his kindness. In winter I recommend this accommodation to athletes to access it and people accustomed to living conditions in the heart of nature.

We had a very convenient and relaxed holiday due to this great apartment. Location was perfect with short walking distance to airport shuttle bus stop, supermarket, restaurants and skiing tracks. Aparment itself is quite basic but fully functional, tidy and suited our needs perfectly. It was really easy to communicate with Kirsi with accurate and really quick replies!

Nice apartment for a week in Saariselkä as a base for all kinds of trips in this beautiful area. There were two of us, but you can also stay here with the four of us. I would book here again!

The lodge was cosy and warm, especially with the sauna on. The location was remote but it was easy to drive to nearby Inari for supplies, and on the final night it was clear enough for us to see the Northern Lights from the dining table. We had a great time and would definitely recommend Villa Lusma.

We had a very good time enjoying the beautiful outdoors in the Saariselkä winter. Lots to do and a warm and comfortable place to return to after a day in the snow.
