Οι παροχές του διαμερίσματος είναι: δωρεάν Wi-Fi, smart TV, πλυντήριο ρούχων, πλήρες εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ψυγείο, ντουζιέρα, 1 διπλό κερβάτι, καναπές-κρεβάτι(υψηλής άνεσης), ιδιωτική μεγάλη αυλή.
