Apartment holiday rentals in Ithaca

We had a wonderful time on Kefalonia and at this nice accommodation. There was a lovely garden with olive trees, lemons, and oranges behind the house that you could pick yourself. The studio was very well equipped, even with a starter pack of bread, drinks, oil, honey and more. Katerina was always available for questions, concerns, or tips nearby; she even brought us delicious homemade food twice. Spartia was a great starting point to explore the island. We can totally recommend it!

Sehr schönes, helles, geräumiges Appartement. Gute Lage: Nur 10 Min. Gehzeit zum Strand von Katelios mit vielen guten Restaurants. Der Strand dort, mittelmäßig. Sehr gute, kilometerlange Strände mit Sand sind in Skala, ca 7 km entfernt. Eine Bäckerei mit Cafe direkt unter dem Appartement- Gelegenheit für ein super Frühstück. 2 Restaurants ganz in der Nähe: das urige Jerry`s gleich daneben und 200 m oberhalb das Persa`s ( Reservieren! ). Nick war ein sehr sympatischer Gastgeber- immer erreichbar. Sein Appartment ist in der Nacht, bis Mitternacht, zeitweise etwas laut wegen der Straße zum Meer und nach Skala. Aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Türen und heruntergelassenen Jalousien wieder ruhig. Mit der Klimaanlage dann kein Problem. Das Appartement kann man empfehlen.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

Wir (Pärchen) haben Aris Unterkunft in Agia Effimia als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge gewählt und es hat perfekt gepasst. Wir waren zu zweit, aber die Unterkunft wäre auch für vier Personen geeignet. Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet, jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und der Balkon ist groß und bietet eine tolle Aussicht über das Meer und den Hafen (3. Stock). Die Hafenpromenade und die Restaurants/Cafés befinden sich in Gehweite, allerdings ist der Anstieg zur Unterkunft sehr steil und daher wohl nicht für jede Person zu Fuß möglich. Aris Familie hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation verlief jederzeit reibungslos. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft jedenfalls weiter!

If you’re thinking about booking a stay at Villa Rosa, don’t, just book it. To say the photographs don’t do it justice is an understatement, this place is truly paradise. If you look one way you experience magnificent vistas over the Ionian Sea and look another and you experience the majesty of the Kefalonian mountains… it’s simply stunning. Then, there is Joy… wow what an incredible woman. In all my years of travel I’ve never met a more professional, kind and caring person in my life. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, Joy made us feel at home and like we were part of her wonderful family. She took us personally to our accommodation which was wonderful (again better than the pictures) and helped us to get well appointed with the area and the villa. Each day Joy greeted us at breakfast (which is to die for by the way) and would give us personal recommendations for places to eat or visit all over the island… all of which were incredible… we will back!

Honestly, the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The apartment is well designed, functional, and very clean. The view and patio are fantastic. I recommend staying for more than a few days so you can really relax and enjoy the town/island.

We had a great time at Anna's place. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The balcony is great for sitting out in the evenings and there are some nice restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend!

Antonis and his place are a delight in every way - perfect location, stunning view, comfortable, immaculately clean, peaceful, could not ask for a kinder, more responsive, and thoughtful host who went out of his way to care for guests. We had a lovely stay, the place was exactly as we’d hoped, clean, free of clutter and with a great view. Hosts were very friendly, gave us loads of recommendations and invited us to message any time if we needed anything. Friendly housekeeper came by each day to do the bins, clean towels if needed etc, which was very appreciated. It was about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Argostoli, those with mobility issues may struggle due to the hills but you can drive there in a matter of minutes. Would definitely stay again if we come back!

A fantastic apartment, immaculately clean and well equipped. The huge balcony has the most beautiful views. Andriana is lovely and nothing is too much trouble, the fresh fruit, water and wine on arrival were a thoughtful touch. We will be back!

It was a very nice stay. The apartment was well equipped and extremely clean. Everything you needed was available. The terrace had a wonderful view of the sea. You could do a lot in the surrounding area if you had a rental car. The communication was really friendly and courteous. We give it a 100% recommendation! Thank you very much! 😊

Love the Myrto! This is our 3rd stay here and we love it. The host Dionisis and his family are wonderful, so friendly and welcoming and always responsive if any questions need answering. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and thank you so much for the welcome local treats. Everything we needed for our 16 day stay was available, including clean towels, bedding and bins emptied daily. Parking available with the apartment as well. Quiet location, but 5 minuteswalk from the nearest bar and tavernas . There's a fantastic choice of places to eat and drink in the village and wonderful friendly people. We have visited Kefalonia 6 times now and always stay in this village. No loud clubs and bars so perfect for us, just a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend the Myrto apartments and thank you so much for another brilliant holiday. Hope to be back for a 4th visit 😃

Spotless, comfortable and brand new this BnB was a true delight. The host was very great, quick to respond and helpful. Very spacious apartment. Everything you needed. We moved on another island but wished we would have stayed longer!

Superb apartment, exactly as described beautifully clean with a superb location and beautiful views across the port of Argostoli. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Host Panagis come and met us even though we were earlier than anticipated and provided excellent communications when required and was a really nice guy who even arranged car hire for us. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment if you are ever lucky enough to visit the absolutely stunning island of Kefalonia

What can we say.. a fantastic little taste of Greek heaven. A perfect place.. quiet and close to everything that you need.. Very comfortable and a lovely courtyard for unwinding or a morning cuppa..with a little friend in a cat to accompany you! Carol is a great host and met us to show us in..very easy to contact if need. Good WiFi and restaurants and walks close to the accommodation and boat tours or car hire or i or other for exploring the island and more! Highly recommend this little gem! ✨

O apartamento é muito limpo. A localização é otima, um bom lugar para movimentar-se por toda a ilha. O ponto alto foi a limpeza diaria, foi a primeira vez que vi isso num airbnb, e achei incrível. Eu recomendaria.

This apartment is next-level: - beautifully furnished and appointed - with a very handy, highly-rated pizza place directly below it on the ground floor! It's fantastically located - right on the harbourside with loads of shops/amenities minutes' walk away (and turtles visiting in the bay directly opposite the apartment!). Despite its central location, the entrance is down a peaceful side street and when you're in the hot-tub you can't see the street at all but look directly out to the bay and the lights across the water - it feels incredibly private and peaceful. Clio, the representative, couldn't have been more helpful and responsive and our stay here was just about perfect in every way: this place is something really special!

Great location, close to city center, but with easy access as well. Private parking. Very comfort flat, with plenty of space, fully equipped, very clean and tidy. Absolutely recommend 🤩🤩

Perfect location, love the private elevator entrance with code! Amazing light throughout the property, hot tub was magnificent with the view of the bay! Perfect pressure water (i find top floors can have issues with it) and AC worked well! Great communication and very helpful host! Clean and comfortable, could not ask for anything better!

Marina and ilias (who live in the property downstairs) could not have been more kind and generous hosts when we stayed at the property in Kefelonia. Costas also was great support in finding the property. They were often on hand to offer advice about the local area or help with any questions we had. The property itself was super clean and well looked after and spacious for the two of us. There are a number of balconies on different levels facing in different directions which allows you to always have a lovely view with a glass of wine. The property is in a very small village about 2 miles from the town of Sami and is a great location for visiting a lot of the sites and villages on the island. We would happily return to Kefelonia and if we did, we would stay in the same place. Thank you so much.

We had a great time at Anty’s place. The suite was clean, modern and very comfortable, the outside pool was lovely and the view is amazing. Anty has been responsive since the very beginning and helped us through our stay with recommendations and even found a solution to return our car to the rental in Zakynthos before taking the ferry to Kefalonia. I would definitely recommend it to anybody!

My family & I stayed at this Airbnb for 7 days. We were supposed to stay for 4 days but we loved the area so much we wanted to stay another few days so Kostas & Livatho thankfully allowed us to stay a couple extra days😁 When we entered the Airbnb we were happy to see how lovely the place is! There is lots to do around the area! Nice beaches near by and a lot of awesome food places! I highly recommend this place!

A fantastic stay!! The host was lovely, with prompt communication and was very polite. The house was pristine and looked better than the photos! We didn’t get a chance to go into the hot tub due to our own schedule, but we had such good stay, that I will definitely be back to this Airbnb! Thank you to our great host and Mrs Miranda who met us!
