Waterfront holiday rentals in Itapúa Department

The apartment is situated in a very peaceful neighbourhood. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. The views from the apartment were great, across the flooded area created by the dam. Robert and Lidia were very helpful, when I contacted them to tell them I couldn’t find the apartment on Google maps. They came and collected me and took me to the apartment. I could find no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, so ensure your Uber and Bolt apps are current. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Lidia and Robert

sólo recomendaría que agreguen un accesorio en la ducha para poner jabón y shampoo. en este caso viaje con mis padres que son personas grandes y agacharse para buscar las cosas del piso es algo que les cuesta mucho.. lo demás perfecto, la atención el lugar muy lindo todo

Muy lindo dpto y confortable. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar muy bien la estadía. Excelente ubicación y vista. La anfitriona siempre estuvo pendiente de todo.

Imperdible y Recomendadísimo!! El lugar es como se describe, con unas vistas fantásticas al río Paraná y la Costanera de Encarnación. El apartamento muy funcional con todas las comodidades necesarias para un buen pasar. La comunicación del Sr. Derlys fue magnifica. Volvería sin dudar otra vez.

Tuve una estancia muy cómoda!! La vista desde el balcón es increíble! También puedes caminar hasta la playa San José. Y son muy amables, muchas gracias.

Brian Davids apartement is super clean, and especially good equipped. You feel home from the first minute. Easy and quick check in. The apartment is fantastic equipped especially if you like to cook. All grocery and shopping options are in less then 12 min walking distance. Costanera and Sambadrome is pretty near. Enjoy the costanera view from the balcony. The skyline of Argentina is really amazing. Brian was 24/7 availeble for all questions.

Muy amable el Sr Carlos y el anfitrión el Sr José. Muy lindo lugar, privado, playa privada, limpio y con todas las comodidades. Cuentan con todo lo necesario para la playa: sillones, sombrillas y hasta parrilla para el asado. Lugar recomendadisimo y muy cerca de Encarnación.

Excelente ubicación. Vista increíble. Lo único a tener en cuenta que tiene un estacionamiento por orden de llegada y que te estarán avisando para mover auto cuando alguien quiere salir. o estacionamiento en la calle. Internet WiFi no funciona. El resto impecable.

Wonderful apartment in the center of Encarnation, the location is perfect for seeing the best in town as well as being close to the bus station. The apartment is super modern and spacious, it has everything you may need, with a giant TV, beautiful kitchen surfaces and area. Laundry service is available although we did not need it. there is a pool area on top of the high rise. the receptionists are all super nice and were kind enough to let us use the wifi in the reception are as well as store our luggage after check-out. the host was very helpful in giving us an extra hour before checking out. everything was great

El departamento de Alexis es muy comodo y esta muy bien ubicado. Tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Estacionamiento propio y guardia de seguridad. Gracias Alexis
