Waterfront holiday rentals in Itapúa Department

The apartment is situated in a very peaceful neighbourhood. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. The views from the apartment were great, across the flooded area created by the dam. Robert and Lidia were very helpful, when I contacted them to tell them I couldn’t find the apartment on Google maps. They came and collected me and took me to the apartment. I could find no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, so ensure your Uber and Bolt apps are current. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Lidia and Robert

i would only recommend that they add an accessory in the shower to put soap and shampoo. in this case I travel with my parents who are big people and crouching to look for the things of the apartment is something that costs them a lot.. the rest is perfect, the attention the place is very nice everything

Unmissable and Highly Recommended!! The place is as described, with fantastic views of the Paraná River and the Costanera of Encarnación. The apartment is very functional with all the amenities necessary for a good time. Mr. Derlys's communication was magnificent. I would return without hesitation again.

Brian Davids apartement is super clean, and especially good equipped. You feel home from the first minute. Easy and quick check in. The apartment is fantastic equipped especially if you like to cook. All grocery and shopping options are in less then 12 min walking distance. Costanera and Sambadrome is pretty near. Enjoy the costanera view from the balcony. The skyline of Argentina is really amazing. Brian was 24/7 availeble for all questions.

Very kind of Mr. Carlos and the host Mr. José. Very nice place, private, private beach, clean and with all amenities. They have everything you need for the beach: armchairs, parasols and even grill for the asado. Recommended place and very close to Encarnación.

Great location. Great view. The only thing to note that it has a first come first serve parking and they will be notifying you to move a car when someone wants to leave. or street parking. WiFi internet is not working. The rest is spotless.

Everything was excellent

Wonderful apartment in the center of Encarnation, the location is perfect for seeing the best in town as well as being close to the bus station. The apartment is super modern and spacious, it has everything you may need, with a giant TV, beautiful kitchen surfaces and area. Laundry service is available although we did not need it. there is a pool area on top of the high rise. the receptionists are all super nice and were kind enough to let us use the wifi in the reception are as well as store our luggage after check-out. the host was very helpful in giving us an extra hour before checking out. everything was great

Fernanda is a great host, I highly recommend her. She is very friendly and very communicative. We had great time together going out to different places. Also had many great conversation as well. I really enjoyed the city a lot. Everything was close by, great food and many good places with really nice views. I went out of the summer season, so the the city was very pleasant to visit without the crowd that usually occurs during summer. I hope to visit the city again and Fernanda as well.
