Holiday rentals with a pool in Baleia

We love spending the weekend. It is a very family environment, calm and when we arrived we were very well received by the homemade Leandro, even had left on the table a basket of fruits. They are very attentive and what we asked for help, we were promptly taken care of. It should be noted only that because of the images I did not get a sense of what room 04 would be like, this one is in the room separated by a curtain, we had no problems, but I think something valid to be mentioned. Has plenty of space for kids to have fun, and it's very faithful to the pictures.

I spent a very pleasant weekend in the house! Everything was clean and tidy! The house is comfy and welcoming! Super Calm Local, which for me was the best! We were very welcome by Silvia and the local housekeeper!

The stay was simply perfect! The location could not be better, literally by the edge of the beach, with spectacular views and the sound of the waves making it all the more relaxing. The space is well decorated, comfortable and extremely clean, in addition to having all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. The host was very attentive and helpful, always available to answer questions and give great tips about the region. Without a doubt, one of the best experiences I've had in hosting. I recommend it 100% and will definitely come back!

Flecheiras is a lost paradise, and Mr. Ferreira's house is wonderful! The place is just like the photos, everything was clean and organized. It was an amazing experience, we stayed from Thursday to Sunday and the Liminha gave us all the support Lem from Jana who always prepared delicious food. The house is cozy and the isolation and the sea in front of the house made the stay an extraordinary time of communion and rest.

The space is large and well pictured in the photos, with a location close to the sea. The swimming pool is excellent, and the barbecue is a great addition for those who like to gather friends and family. The garage, which accommodates up to three cars, is also a positive point for those who travel by car. It is noteworthy that the upper rooms are very large, but require a little more mobility, being more suitable for adults because of the staircase. Overall, it is a great option for those looking to relax and have a structured environment, to enjoy with the family and enjoy the wonderful beaches that lie around!

We had a wonderful stay! The house perfectly accommodated my family, offering comfort and safety. We were very well served by Amanda, who gave us all the necessary guidelines and was always willing to help. The space is great, well located and exactly as described in the listing. Surely an experience we would repeat!

Paco was amazing. From the time I arrived to the time I left, he regularly sms me to make sure everything was okay. His girl who is the caretaker is wonderful. Such a sweetheart. The residence is a stone’s throw away from “downtown” (if you can call it that lol) but far enough away that you don’t hear the noise. The place is well appointed and the value is excellent. My only constructive criticism is that it was advertised as air conditioned and only the bedroom is (not the living room). Otherwise it was exactly as described and I now know why Paco is a Super Host. He responds quickly, he’s friendly and if there is anything you need he gets it for you double time! Thanks for the stay Paco!

Anderson and I talked very little, at first glance, it seemed to me little flexible. My greatest contact was with host Camila, who was very kind and polite. The house is great, large and spacious, it was very clean. The pool works 24 hours. The beach in the back of the condominium is beautiful and quiet. The only negative point was that I was charged more by a guest who did not account for the app. I didn't see any sense in this, since the listing reported a possible X amount of guests. Also, the stay was great.

Solluar is a really nice place where we will definitely come back. This condominio is not very large but certainly not too small. Nice residents and with fantastic staff to make you feel at home and at ease. The apartment and its location is really great! Flechieras has a large variety of facilities. The restaurants Bonito and Nônô are within walking distance and really top! There are many more options on the beach. The square in the city center is very cozy on weekends with various drink and food stalls, trampolines and shooting stalls.

Mr.Jarbas, very attentive host, perfect duplex house, has everything you need, close to everything, perfect air conditioners, all clean and fragrant bed and bath linens, the house smelled when we arrived, me and my family were very comfortable for 5 days, I highly recommend it.

Strengths: The host is a good person. Beautiful place. 2 bedrooms with good size. Good beds. Boa Shuveiros. Well-equiped apartment. Enclosed condominium. Clean apartment Negative points: Neighbor's rooster had a crazy time. Very noisy neighbours. One of the rooms is much noisier than the other. It looked like it was inside the noisy neighbors' apartment. Considerable distance to the beach and mainly to the main pile of Flecheiras. It was recommended to go by car.
