Since July 2020 our guesthouse has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located on the grounds of our farm from 1804, located on 4.5 hectares of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 double beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel cot. It is completely independent. Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

Starting base for peace and nature lovers

Welcome to "De Dwaalgast". On our farm we produce cider of fruit from our own orchards. On the corner of the farm you will find the charming double apartment (25 m²). It is completely independent to use. The rural location invites you to bird watching, hiking, cycling, or quietly reading your book on your own terrace. Bake your own sandwiches, and cook your own (mashed)jar or casserole in the kitchenette. Breakfast at the farmhouse table while taking in the view.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Our self-contained attic apartment offers plenty of space on 53 square meters, is flooded with light and quiet. It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape. Two bakeries with breakfast and an organic shop are within a three-minute walk. You can safely park and charge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.

Holiday home Lammers

Enjoy the tranquility of this detached vacation home on a Winterswijk estate. Surrounded by oak trees and overlooking the forest edge and meadows, it is a wonderful place to relax. On the grounds of the holiday home there is a semi-open roof shed with terrace so you can enjoy the outdoors in all seasons. Here, it's still dark enough to see the stars at night. Ideal starting point for walks and bike rides. The cozy Winterswijk is 6km away.
