El apartamento se encuentra en lugar muy bonito con el cafetería en el primero piso para las compras que necesitas como viajero. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares 5minutos caminando. La habitación estuvo muy bonita y limpia, tenía las cosas que necesitaba para cocinar para trabajar también. Me gustó que el dueño siempre estaba atento de cualquier duda que tenía en mi estancia. Muchas gracias por recibirme en mi su lugar!!

Lugar con una espacio muy bien organizado, fui con mi amiga y cada una teníamos nuestro baño lo que nos pareció super, muy céntrico por lo que íbamos caminando a los restaurantes y lugares como Provenza, cerca del tren por lo que también nos movilizamos sin problemas, lugar limpio, no tengo ninguna observación, muy recomendable

Fredy was such a great host. We stayed there over a month and we’re very happy. He was always responsive - even willing to drive two hours when we lost the key! Thankfully we found the key, but the gesture was so appreciated. Excellent location, apartment and host. Thanks Fredy!

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

This was my third time staying at Gaudi Lofts, and it’s my preferred vacation residence in Medellin. It’s very comfortable, clean, safe, and centrally located in El Poblado. The hosts are very friendly and attentive to my needs for the duration of my visit. Overall, I find Gaudi fairly priced and worthy of high recommendation. I look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Medellin.

Modern and small studio complex in a quiet neighborhood, the studio was extremely spacious. I did not get the chance to use the other amenities, but the pool looked great from the balcony. Restaurants and grocery stores in walkable distance, would definitely come back here if I am ever in Medellín again.

So much to love about this place. Excellent, safe location to explore laureles by foot. So many restaurants, cafes, gyms, stores and dance studios nearby. The apartment itself was serene spacious and comfortable. The high ceilings are a rare luxury. A/C and ceiling fans will keep you comfy. Some of the best sleep I’ve had in medellin. It’s a beautiful well appointed space. Alejandra the cleaner is super friendly and she’ll do your laundry for you as needed. Keenan is an excellent host. There was a minor issue and he went out of his way to repair it and offer me alternatives. He is the kind of host that is concerned about treating his guests well.

Lovely place! The view was great and the place was large and comfortable. It was close to many restaurants and it was very walkable. The washer/dryer was awesome. Only thing - while the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, it was missing some oil and seasonings.

Overall very good, look just like the picture. Jose and his mom are very good host.

1. Maintain "Good Value Price" for continued return rental. 2. Mention distance to park and restaurants. Diego offers extra amenities that are not mentioned, like extra drinks in the refrigerator (including WATER), beer and soft drinks. On kitchen counter were tidbits to taste and eat. Coffee, etcetera. Diego, obviously cares about how renters will react to their stay.

Great place to stay if you are a digital nomad and need a quiet place to work. Very comfortable place. Looks like what is shown in the photos. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I come back to Medellin.

El apartamento es muy acogedor, todo estaba limpio y muy bien organizado, la descripción concuerda con las fotografías. El lugar no está en una zona turística pero es muy central para movilizarse por la Ciudad. Alejandro es muy buen anfitrión y estuvo atento a todas las solicitudes, sin dudas volvería. This was my first time using Airbnb, so I felt a bit nervous at first. However, that anxiety quickly disappeared thanks to Isabel, who truly has her guests’ best interests at heart. She is very helpful and accommodating: I couldn’t figure out how to use the gas stove. She didn’t just explain, she came over in person to show me how it worked. On top of that, I had issues with the delivery of my prescription medication. Even though she had no obligation to help, she took the time to guide me through the process. Without her, I might not have received my meds at all. As someone who cooks often, I really appreciated the big kitchen space and the fully equipped setup, including a rice cooker, blender, and coffee machine. I had all cooking utensils I needed. I also loved the location. The area is not touristy, allowing for a more authentic cultural experience. Living here even helped improve my Spanish. Definitely recommend!
