The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! We will definitely return to this paradise, thank you Luis and until next time ☺️

The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

Huge gratitude for this place, extremely clean, organized. A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! Note: there was even a mime on the arrival we loved... thank you for everything!

Casa marvellous! We spent a holiday of peace and rest, the house has modern and cozy infrastructure, there is absolutely nothing missing. Great play area (pool, lawn, deck) the children had fun in contact with nature. I highly recommend!

Simply sensational the house , it exceeded our expectations. The always helpful and attentive host, great accommodations and everything is so clean and organized. One of the best houses I've ever been listed here. It's worth it ! And qdo goes again to São Francisco do Sul and the house is vacant, we'll go there again for sure

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We used the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

The house is actually very beautiful and complete. However, maintenance may improve: the visiting bathroom faucet did not work, the kitchen sink was clogged, the sink sink was leaking, so the entire closet beneath it was wet and scented. Hygiene products that were in the ad were missing: soap, shampoo, detergent. Camila was always willing to help us quickly and made both entry and exit more flexible, which was very good. The garden is very large and there is a balcony to barbecue and stay quiet. A very cool place to take the pet and rest.

I only have thanks for Anete for welcoming us to her house, the house is wonderful, all the rooms are exactly like in the pictures, Anete's mother still received us with a delicious orange cake. The view is spectacular, the beach is very tasty, having breakfast with the sea view makes all the difference. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Perfect location for those who want to go to Praia do Forte. A few minutes away (by car) from supermarkets. We had very hot days (which was great for summer), but since there was no air-conditioning in the living room, we had a bit of heat. Nothing that hindered the great stay we had. We recommend Loreana's home and think about coming back to the new season next summer.

The house is as advertised in the photos, comfortable, clean, spacious, excellent location, very close to the beach, and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and we also had the beach kit: chairs and umbrellas. The host, Jorge, was attentive, polite and kind. We would rent it again without hesitation. Thank you so much for contributing to our perfect vacation!

Great house with 5 suites, living room and kitchen with internal barbecue, full kitchen, lots of silverware, electros, very good dishwasher! Great, clean pool, your Antonio every 3 days is cleaning, outdoor barbecue great! Flawless garden! We were receptionist for Fatima, a sweetheart who knows everything about the house! Anyway I recommend, very satisfied!

Wonderful accommodation! I went with my husband and two dogs and we were extremely well received! Isabel was so loving and patient with my dogs, she even took care of them for me when I went out. Hosts helped us with everything, helpful, communicative, wonderful people! The apartment was extremely clean, the location is wonderful, the view is beautiful, it's windy enough that we hardly even used the air conditioning. The rooms are spacious, I liked it more in person than in the photos. The hosts live in the house downstairs, which made everything very easy, they helped me with everything. My family and I stayed 1 week and loved it!
