It's a family home, where it quickly feels well integrated. Katia is an adorable mother, always available, and generous, she is the sun of the house. The neighborhood is popular, risk-free, close to the river and boats/water activities. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center, 40 minutes to reach the furthest beach but there are motorbike taxis and other means to get there

Everything was perfect.

There was no way to be better! The place is beautiful, super comfortable, all new and of great quality! The view is exceptional, it doesn't make you want to leave there. The host Mari is super solicit and kind. I highly recommend!

cottage with everything you need ...spacious.... comfortable... very friendly tatiana...ready to help.... the location is central.. steps from the center ....and where boulebar begins.... q I know with pituba (main boulevar) ... you can walk to the beaches.... safe place.. pq is in an enclosed condominium..maybe it is not so private ... and a corridor .. that at the bottom this cabin... but that makes it very safe .... it does not have privacy to be community... but it is a very easy cabin clean. fincional ..even with roof to make roasts... and hang clothes..... very well located ..nls felt right at home

Excellent Host. Responds quickly and willing to help. The apartment is as it stands in the description. Well-equipped and clean. The barbecue has a beautiful view of the sea, excellent for reuniting the family. The condominium is organized (24-hour guard, clean pool, clean common environments). For those who likes tranquility this region is paradise. It's not a region of hotels and stalls, it's houses and condominiums, so it's all very quiet. The village has no tent clutter, people with a sound box and turmoil. The sea is quiet and forms natural pools often at low tide, it is great to enjoy with children.

The stay was as expected. The apartment is complete and meets the basics for the stay for a few days. We consider the beds comfortable and sufficient for the number of guests. The apartment is well decorated and contains all the necessary utensils and appliances. The beds and sheets are very comfortable. I felt right at home. The air-conditioning works perfectly. It is a property on the ground floor where the balcony faces a lawn with a playground, right next to the condominium pool and the exit to the beach. I believe the distance to the beach is less than 100 meters. You can stay on the beach and pick up cold beer at home. The beach is very flat and quiet. There are no tents or vendors. I loved the quiet. Ideal for walks. My family loved it. Host Alexandre was exceptional! Very attentive, helpful and polite. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Marcelo is very attentive and helpful and Leila is super friendly. The chalet is perfect, very cozy, super clean and organized. We loved the experience! I was accompanied by my husband and daughter and she loved it, because there are monkeys, chickens and birds in the place. The pool super clean, very well cared for. I'll definitely be back!

George was very considerate at all times we need him. Clean, smelly house, we were greeted with a treat, full kitchen, everything we need in a beach house, loved everything!!! Wonderful beach!!!! Foot in the sand!!! It was worth every minute I was in this place!!! Let's go back for sure!!

We were FORTUNATE to find this apartment and stay a few days in it. He is SUPER WELL taken care of, has everything we needed and even more. The apartment is super cozy and clean, it doesn't have that weird smell that the rental apartments usually have. The bed is delicious and the bed linen impeccable, I napped 2 times in the hammock and felt cozy. Great home. Exceeded all expectations. All very clean and organized. All equipment works very well and offers all amenities for a comfortable stay. Environment exactly as posted in the advertisement. Our Host responds quickly and provides good tips and information. An ideal location for resting and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of cities. I highly recommend it. Families all enchanted and we will certainly return.

My stay was excellent, we had no problem, super organized and clean apartment, good decoration. Mr. Milton always available. The beach in front is great for bathing and hiking. My children loved it, we even added one day to our stay. However, you need to have a car to reach other beaches, restaurants and markets. Nothing too far away, 20 minutes is in the center of Serra Grande. The condominium itself needs painting and maintenance, but the apartment and the beach make up. I'll come back other times.

The place is wonderful, without any complaints, everything you need there, if you want calm and quiet beaches, a little top river for children, the beach is very close to msm, the great Tb pool. I loved my stay! Lucas was a great host, always considerate. The apartment was impeccable, very pleasant smell, had beach chairs, shrimps, games and more. Delicious Bathroom Showers, Comfortable beds. The place is quiet, shallow beaches of warm water, but there are no good restaurants and markets nearby. The condominium offers us space with a private barbecue.

A PARADISE. We love your stay too much. The apartment is complete, clean and airy. The condominium is wonderful, the warm pool, well cared for and clean. Giselly is an excellent hostess, always responding quickly and very quickly. We went with family and felt at home. I didn't feel like leaving the Condominium beach. The only defect is having to leave. God bless you and your home with great joy and health. Thank you
