Simple and complete house, very reliable to the advertised. Outdoor area with barbecue area and pool with hydromassage (delicious). Pool hits sun and tastes very good. The hammock to lie on the balcony. dear host, explained everything and gave tips when we arrived at the house, responded quickly and attentively. The house is glued in lots/neighboring houses on both sides and this takes away some of the privacy, but it did not disturb us. I loved it, would come back and recommend it.

I was in the house for the third time! The reception is always great and the house is always well taken care of. Some repairs here and there end up being necessary over time, but the comfort, stillness, beauty and uniqueness of the place remain impeccable! Patricia passes all the information in detail and stands ready for any doubts, with quick answers! Indico a lot and I hope to be able to come back more often!

Fantastic stay in a fantastic house!

The house is on top of a mountain, with a wonderful view. There is a lot of privacy in every room in the house. The swimming pool is always at the ideal temperature. All very new, from appliances, kitchen equipment, bedding, etc. Neilor sent all coordinates and videos of how to reach and enter the house, and quickly responded to all the messages. We had a sensational weekend and we intend to go back there another time.

Everything is very good. The accommodation is exactly as described, all very clean and organized. Diego always very available, responded quickly whenever we needed. The only small observation I make is the two bath showers, that the water falls weak and does not heat up. If it were cold, we would have a squeeze. But that's it! I highly recommend the listing.

The atmosphere is welcoming, with several utensils to facilitate the use of the kitchen which was a very positive point, beautiful decoration, covered and quality pillows.

Perfect stay. Impeccable chalet, very well structured. Despite the cold, it was quite comfortable inside the occupation. Very well-prepared kitchen, movie theater bathroom, excellent bed, very good balcony and the view of the mountains is simply phenomenal. Walking around the house and through the village is also very nice, with very receptive people, such as the staff at the tourist service center. The only observation would be for those with low cars (Fusion, 320i, Civic) to consider that the stretch of dirt road is relatively long, and may take longer due to the need to go slowly, there are stretches with a lot of gravel and climbs. I went with a Honda Civic, and everything worked out, but heed the warning. Anderson and Marco are examples of hosts, they did everything they could to help and make me stay as long as possible, enjoying the stay. Following Waze, there is no risk of missing the way. Internet is also very good (satellite). I will definitely return in the future.

Privacy, tranquility and beauty, close to the gastronomic center and the bustle of the city. For us, an experience that evokes the charm of Californian cottages... Terracotta embodies this! Modern chalet, with impeccable decoration, inside a condominium with virtual concierge, 4km from the gastronomic center of Serra do Cipó. Kitchen with utensils and appliances that allow us to make a birthday lunch as we did. Barbecue, fire pit, iron, dryer, air, full bathroom…with bathrobe!!! We 😍simply LOVE the experience and we will definitely be back! Caring, polite and super attentive hosts. I highly recommend it!! You can go and enjoy! It's worth it!!!!

Marcinho was very receptive from the moment we closed the reservation. He gave us a lot of house details and very clear instructions on how to get there. It is a very smart and practical scheme of delivery and return of key, which makes it much easier. Throughout our stay he was in touch with us offering tips on what to do in the city: all the waterfalls we were he who recommended and was very worth it! We had a great stay ( the view from the house is amazing) and it was very nice to get to know the city. About the place, it is an extremely quiet place (we went on the holiday and still the city and waterfalls were not full). It doesn't have much place to buy food nearby, but Marcinho guided us and we took everything on the trip. In addition there is a bar/restaurant that we went to have lunch with very good food and a beautiful view. We will definitely come back more often.

The house is much better than in the photos. Organized, clean, located within the village of Ipoema, with very close and helpful neighbors. It has all the necessary utensils. The barbecue corner is super nice. Great place to stay and get to know Ipoema.

Sandra is a very dear person.... it made us super comfortable.... I literally felt at home.....everything very good... family environment....if I need to go back to the Nova era MG will be where I will be staying again for sure.

The location of the house is very good, just over a five-minute walk from the historic center of Santa Bárbara. Good reception by the host, who is very kind. All simple but functional. There is a large, green and beautiful space behind the house, with free access for guests. We feel very peaceful and have a lot of privacy. Great value for the money.

We loved our experience. Wonderful place, very private and romantic. The hydro space was what we liked the most, super reserved, we were able to enjoy it without any problems. Hot and very nice shower, the sensational refrigerator, quickly froze our drinks. The only boring part was at bedtime when there was some animal in the roof lining, we were a little apprehensive but in the end everything worked out. I recommend and hope to return.

I liked the accommodation, asphalt right up to the door, the house is completely walled, good privacy that allows you to leave your pet at ease on the property. Good pool with sauna. Bathroom with a warm shower to face cold days and a good barbecue. It is close to the BH Supermarket and the center. The host Eduarda was very attentive, making herself available to assist us in what was needed. I recommend it.

Dulcinéia was extremely helpful and always responded quickly. The house is wordless, very clean and with everything new, a place for those who want to rest from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Dulcinéia is to be congratulated for the house and the affection she has for the guests, I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Great stay. Very comfortable and airy house with well equipped kitchen. The host, Luciana, was very attentive and helped us have a smooth stay. The name Boa Vista is no wonder: the view from the balcony is a privilege apart. Great place to rest up and renew your energy! Would recommend!

We were very welcomed by Mara in their home and we found everything well organized, clean and cozy! We had no difficulty finding the place, Mara described the location very well and helped by sending the location at the time of arrival. We will return more often for sure.
