Apartment holiday rentals in Itabashi

Location and the interiors and amenities were excellent. The host had complimentary snacks and drinks for us which was a very nice touch. Only downside for me was it was at the end of my 10 day trip so there was a lot of luggage to take up and down the 4 flights of stairs. Other than that it was an awesome stay, will visit again if I get the chance.

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

You come out of the subway station and the house was the next building with 7 eleven on the ground floor. Fully stocked up house with 4 comfy beds and all appliances and dishes in place. I was blown away seeing Japan. Clean, compact, meticulously planned with polite and helpful people. Host of this house, to me presented Japan and all its qualities. They were always responsive for all my queries related to house and tour in general. Leaving with a very positive experience! Thanks Matsuno and Sakura

The apartment had everything we needed and more! The neighborhood is filled with second hand shops and convenience stores which was perfect for us:) Being located so close to a train station made moving around very easy as well! Everything was great!

A lovely and comfortable stay at the apartment. A terrific neighbourhood close to public transport, lots of cafes & konbini nearby, but still very quiet with a cute neighbourhood feel. The apartment was clean, practical and comfortable. Having the washer in the unit and bathroom drying option was so handy Good communication with the host, even when I was tired and asking silly questions! 😅 Really enjoyed my week here, would stay again and happy to recommend.

It's close enough to get to Ikebukuro in 20 minutes, and it's easy to get around and has great access to major tourist attractions. And since there are 3 beds, it can be used by up to 3 people. As described, there is some railway noise, but the train noise itself is not very loud, but the crossing alarm sound is often prolonged, so it is not recommended for those who are sensitive to sound. The first train of the morning is around 5:30, so it rings frequently from then until just before 1:00 in the morning. It's a shame that the TV is in the bedroom, but it's an Android-based smart TV, so it's great for using YouTube, etc. It is convenient to understand that the accommodation is located on the rooftop, so it may be a little hot during the day in summer.

It's just a few minutes from Kita-Ikebukuro Station, and there is a small aeon supermarket on the way from the station to the accommodation. The homestay is quite large, the living room can accommodate 3 large people, and the bathroom area is also large. It's comfortable to live in. It's less than 30 minutes from the accommodation to JR Ikebukuro Station. The owner will ask us what we need. It's very good. The only thing is that the pillows are too soft.

This place was great for us for a couple of nights. The air conditioner was amazing after a long day walking through Tokyo. The host was so nice and easy to talk to. Loved it!

Perfect fit for our family of 6 including 3 kids. Very compact but well equipped and cozy, close to Yamanote line. They even provide with a coin dryer just outside the door next to elevator. The hosts are responsive, friendly and nice. Helen even welcomed us in person on our check in day, thank you very much! We had a great stay and it is definitely highly recommended by us.

The host was very warm and friendly, not only recommended us good places to eat and play around, but also thoughtfully prepared a few umbrellas at the door, because it was raining when we arrived, it was really thoughtful. In short, this stay was very satisfying, and I will choose this place first when I come to Tokyo in the future! It's located near Ikebukuro Station, so it was really convenient to go anywhere, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores around the station, so I think I chose the location very well. Above all, the accommodation was really tidy, so I was able to stay in a pleasant mood! The host is also very friendly, so I recommend it if you are thinking about staying near Ikebukuro Station!

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!
