Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Istria

Igor was very helpful on arrival and at departure. The beds were very comfortable. The stand out features of the flat are windows on almost all sides, and a balcony with a lovely view of the sea. It does overlook a road and a car park, so sometimes it's a bit noisy, but that's absolutely worth it for the amazing views of the boats and the sea. We saw cruise ships, dolphins, and gorgeous sunsets and did lots of people watching from the balcony. We loved it!

Lovely apartament, very clean and cozy, perfect for a short to medium stay. The house is actually very well furnished, like someone actually lives in it, unlike some bnbs that are just filled with cheap furniture. The balcony has a very pretty view, there's a table and some chairs to sit down and eat with an extendable tent above. The place was clean, towels were neatly folded on top of the bed ready to use. The host was also very understanding for a small delay we had during check in. Would definetely come back again.

The place was great. Interesting interior, you have everything you need, coffee, towels, air conditioning in the room and in the living room. The elevator is an additional plus in an already beautiful building. You will get what you see in the pictures. All recommendations. Vaska is also very friendly and responds quickly to messages.

Perfect apartment, equipped with everything and in an extremely detailed way for a tourist. Perfect location for those who want to walk to the center of Porec in a few minutes, very, very convenient. Free parking not exactly in front of the house, but conveniently usable. Friendly and helpful hosts Highly recommended.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful. All new and modern, and beautifully decorated. Jasna met us to show us around and had homemade baking for us and wine from her family’s vineyard! We felt so at home. The yard and patio was very nice- with a pool. We didn’t get to use the pool as the weather didn’t cooperate but it did look good. Highly recommend this home. I was disappointed that I hadn’t booked more time here.

We have a great stay. We spend less days than we had planned cause of a family situation. Pero was very kind and his dad as well. The view is amazing, you can have breakfast on the terras and sit till late in the evening comfortable outside. The kitchen is big and the living spacious, a good bathroom and good beds. I hope someday we can come back.

An absolute dream house! I'd love to move in here. Very nicely decorated, clean and cozy. The pool, hot tub, the grill and everything was just perfect! Beautiful corners to sit outside, very green and welcoming. Location super quiet with quiet farm atmosphere (sheep and a few roosters opposite). It was very relaxing. You have to drive a bit to the sea. But we preferred to be by the pool all day anyway. Other pluses: huge cooling tank, gas, and! Coal grill, badminton, mosquito repellent on windows, mosquito spray and even something to aftertreat the mosquito bites! Chelsea has really thought of everything. Also very friendly and helpful! We fell in love. So in the house and a bit also in Chelsea <3

Our stay was super nice! My children, my wife and grandparents were visiting and we felt right at home. Very pleasant that we could start and enjoy our vacation like this. We were very warmly welcomed directly and shown the accommodation. The vacation at Maja's is highly recommended! The amenities are great and very satisfactory! We had a great week in Croatia. The house is clean and matched the pictures. Unfortunately, we had a few inconveniences, like a horrid nest, but Miro took care of it right away and always went out of his way. Unfortunately, our pool was tilted on the penultimate day and we could no longer go swimming, for this we easily got a refund. The house is very large and has a great, very well maintained outdoor area. We'd love to come back!😍

Olya's Motovun home is a beautiful space located on a quiet pedestrian path, just below a charming church, bell tower, and one of the town's gates. It’s impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend either the entire home - if it suits your party size - or the downstairs apartment.

Perfect stay next to Umag. The house is perfect and very well equipped. Everything you need to stay for great holidays. We were there for Istria by UTMB event and it was a perfect location for this.

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September with Mate in the large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well furnished. The view from the balcony is very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 minutes' walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old town of RAB.

What an amazing and historic place! It was a great mix of authentic history with all of the newest, modern amenities. We couldnt have been happier.
