Holiday rentals with beach access in Istria

A very nice apartment, very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Lucano and Tatjana are incredibly lovely people, very warm and helpful and Lucano also speaks German very well. Tatjana brought us 2 small homemade strudels!!! There is plenty of space in the apartment with a very nice bedroom with great beds, the living room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need and much more. The sandy beach is easily accessible in 15 minutes on foot. Pula and the Kamenjak nature reserve can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as many beautiful beaches. These were incredibly relaxing days with dear people, in a beautiful country with very friendly people. We can only highly recommend everything!!!

There were three of us (2 adults & toddler) and we had such a great time! From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea. The newly equipped apartment really had everything we needed. Marko and Jakuv are very nice and were always available to us - even for our "special requests". We will be happy to come back!

Moira is a delightful host. Her place was perfect for a few days of creative peace by the sea. I particularly enjoyed the light, the view, swimming in the sea every morning (literally 1 minute down the road), the quiet neighbourhood and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful apartment - tall ceilings, big windows, perfect furniture, very serene and aesthetic interior in general. It was easy to find and access, it was clean and had everything you would need. The location is also great, surrounded by other beautiful buildings, it’s close to both the city centre and the beach as well as 1 minute away from bakery, cafes and supermarket.

So sweet and familiar, we got something as a greeting, then homemade chocolate pancakes, cherry strudel... We were very spoiled! 💗 The accommodation is super clean, cozy, offers everything you need! Absolutely recommended!!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. What a stunning place and even more beautiful than on the pictures. We loved our stay at the spotless accommodation and were treated amazingly.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

The location of the place is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, you can walk to the place in 5 minutes and wonderful walks are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something didn't work in the apartment, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax here well. We would happily come back.

Really special place. We looked for something private for us and our loudly kids and this place was amazing. We found everything what we needed inside the House. Garden is beautiful and full of toys and games for kids. Suzana is really nice and helpfull. Our favourite Beautiful beach is 10 min walk from home.

We had a wonderful week in Fažana! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, exactly as described, and in a great location—just a short walk to the beach and close to many local places of interest. It made our stay relaxing and convenient. Doris is a great host and we received lots of valuable tips for our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

All in all, a quiet place if you really want to switch off. We had the small beach to ourselves. Otherwise, the garden is very beautifully laid out, there you can enjoy the sound of the sea for many hours.

This is our 3rd time staying with Jasna & Vlado and are very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is within 4 minutes walking distance, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

We travel a lot and this place was one of the best we've ever rented! The hosts were always available immediately. Unfortunately, we had to stop the holiday due to an illness, but we will be back!

It is newly refurbished, spotless, with all the necessary amenities, and just about the right size for a couple. The place is very easy to find, and there is a beautiful view just a few steps from the main door. There are lots of fantastic restaurants, a market with fresh produce, and lots of other interesting places within walking distance. Dezi was super helpful and very friendly. Great for a relaxing vacation, if you are planning to work, there is a high table with bar chairs which might not be ideal for long work sessions, and the WIFI connection is poor, so have a reliable connection with you. Wonderful place and host, highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!

The apartment was completely as described, plus you add a live charm, and then it's even nicer. The space is relatively small but brilliantly organized. Everything is in its place. Stancic is quiet, ususky, warm and romantic. Natasha and Sammuele are very proactive and share everything in advance. There's a whole "book" recommendation left on what to see, where to go, where to eat. The street is two minutes from the seafront. The apartment is on the fourth floor which will give you a great view, all the way to the Miramare Castle.
