Holiday rentals with a patio in Istria

This is a large modern Airbnb with very comfortable and stylish furnishings. It’s a short walk to all the highlights in Pula, yet very quiet and private. As others have mentioned the balcony is special. It’s a perfect spot to watch the sun setting and the acrobatics of the swallows swooping by all the historic rooftops. Caterina was very helpful and responsive when we had any questions. We’d absolutely choose this Airbnb again!

Absolut zu empfehlen. Wer eine Apartment mit Charakter sucht ist hier genau richtig. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ansprechend gestaltet. Der Ausblick von der Dach Terrasse ist einfach unglaublich. 5von5 Bewertung.

Nice, clean and well equipped apartment with an amazing view. We really loved that balcony with the sea view. Good location, everything is walkable distance (supermarket on the corner, restaurants and beach are close as well). Entering in the apartment was very easy. Irena was cute and she helped us a lot. The bathroom is very tiny, and the only huge problem is finding a parking place. We were hunting every day to find a spot, but actually it’s a really big problem throughout the city. Highly recommend this apartment.

Υπεροχη τοποθεσία για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με πολλές παροχές και όμορφη θέα. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν φιλικη και μας βοήθησε σε ο,τι και να χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξανά επιστρέφαμε!

Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und sauber und befindet sich in schönster Lage. Viele Strände sind zu Fuss super erreichbar und das Wasser ist traumhaft. Es gibt eine tolle Bäckerei und ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe und auch Pula ist sehr gut erreichbar mit Bus oder auch zu Fuss. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und Stela war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dieses Air Bnb ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Unser Aufenthalt bei Andreja und Dalibor ließ keine Wünsche offen. Schon die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft und der selbstständige Check-In liefen reibungslos! Das Haus ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern, es fehlte uns an nichts. Neben der wunderschönen Bucht (fussläufig) und dem tollen Küstenspaziergang nach Ravni haben wir aufgrund des Wetters besonders die sehr gemütliche Couch genossen. Andreja erkundigte sich zudem nach unserem Wohlergehen und war jederzeit und schnell erreichbar, wenn wir sie kontaktiert haben. Tolle Gastgeber!! Danke sehr!

Havde en dejlig ferie i det skønne hus i de fantastiske omgivelser. Huset ligger med ubeskrivelig smuk udsigt. Idyllisk med fugle som kvidrer. Den tilhørende pool er stor, flot og ren. Dette er det flotteste sted vi har boet her i Labin/Rabac. 😍 Håber at komme tilbage til Rominas dejlige sted.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Wir hatten eine schönes Woche in dem schönen Haus von Biba. Es hat einen ganz besonderen Charme, auch durch die passende Einrichtung. Natürlich muss man Bedenken, dass es ein altes Haus ist, d.h. ein paar Tierchen hier und da, kühler und dunkler. Leider hatten wir nicht ganz so viel Glück mit dem Wetter, weshalb wir den wunderschönen Garten nicht so intensiv nutzen konnten und mehr Zeit im Haus verbracht haben. Mit krabbelnden Baby erwies sich das Haus als nicht sehr geeignet, da der Steinboden einfach zu kühl ist. Der Ort ist sehr sehr klein, da gibt es nicht viel zu sehen, aber wenn man Ruhe sucht, genau das richtige. Die Lage insgesamt ist perfekt für Unternehmungen in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Die Küche ist ebenso sehr gut ausgestattet (viel mehr als üblich), sodass man entspannt kochen kann. Die Kommunikation mit Biba war sehr gut und auch ihre Tochter, die zur Schlüsselabgabe da war, ist sehr nett.

We loved every minute here! The photos do not do it justice – – it’s far more beautiful in person. The views over trees and the water are spell – binding. We would sit and watch as the sky and the water as the light changed. It was very easy to hike up on the Napoleonic way or down to the seaside. The kitchen was great and it was fun to cook with fresh Italian ingredients. I enjoyed a few swims even in cooler weather. But it was particularly a good place for us to hole up and reboot, take a break and get work done. We hope to make this an annual retreat. Petra and Ivan were particularly helpful, and went out of their way to support our stay and even extend it. We are very grateful!

heel mooi en met veel smaak tot in de details ingericht, flesje wijn en potje honing stond klaar ter verwelkoming. machtig zicht vanuit de slaapkamer. Alles aanwezig. Toffe maar heel zware wandeling in de buurt (militair domein) en een beetje verder is een restaurant waar je heerlijk kan eten voor heel weinig geld ( 15 min van het verblijf) .half uur rijden naar skojan grot , anderhalf uur van Bled en Tolmin kloof . Na de uitstap kan je heerlijk genieten van de rust , natuur , sauna ... wij zijn fan

Prima host en top co-host, spreken erg goed Duits. Beide heel erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Let even op: appartement is op de 2e verdieping, en alleen met trap te bereiken. Goede bank en prima boxspring. Hele goede keuken, let wel alleen snelfilter koffie apparaat.

Lovor was a beautiful apartment with everything you need for a stay. Plenty of dishes to use along with coffee and teas to try. The bed was comfortable and came with an extra blanket if you get cold. Elena was a great host and always responded within minutes. Nothing negative to say about our experience. Thank you Elena!!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, mit Ofen und sogar eine Klimaanlage. Supermärkte und die Altstadt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ca 5 min mit Auto kann man sogar einen sehr guten Kletter spot finden. Die Unterkunft entspricht zu 100 Prozent der Beschreibung!
