Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Istria

We spent 5 nights with our two children in this beautiful house. Everything is very high quality, tastefully furnished. Right next to the house there is a bar where locals meet outside in the evening. The downstairs bedroom opens directly to the street - so you feel right in the middle of the action. From here we were able to make wonderful excursions in all directions.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We spent a total of 6 days with Damir on vacation. The accommodation was extremely outstanding - especially the view with the pool. Since Damir lives right next door, the communication channels were short. Otherwise, everything was super clean and quiet. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

A beautiful place, in the middle of the city and very quiet. Mia showed us a very good description of the free parking!!! and welcomed us there. She always answered questions. What a fantastic stay! The accommodations were wonderful with comfortable beds, a great terrace, and ample space for our family of 5. However, the best part was the connections with Elizabeta’s family and others in the town. We can’t say enough about how welcoming and wonderful everyone was! We would 100% stay again.

A very nice apartment, very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Lucano and Tatjana are incredibly lovely people, very warm and helpful and Lucano also speaks German very well. Tatjana brought us 2 small homemade strudels!!! There is plenty of space in the apartment with a very nice bedroom with great beds, the living room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need and much more. The sandy beach is easily accessible in 15 minutes on foot. Pula and the Kamenjak nature reserve can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as many beautiful beaches. These were incredibly relaxing days with dear people, in a beautiful country with very friendly people. We can only highly recommend everything!!!

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

She’s a very responsible host, and helped me out a lot with the information about the city. the place was very cool, exceeding my expectations. Beautiful view of the Arena, and great location. It was one of the best Airbnb I have stayed for now.

There was nothing to complain about, except that a single week was way to short.

This was such a beautiful stay. The terrace is lovely- I only wish we had more time, and less rain to enjoy it more. We loved the area, even early in the season.Dajana gave us a wonderful recommendation for an amazing dinner. She met us as we pulled in and showed us around. We shared the property with her family but hardly saw them. All were very pleasant. The beds are extremely comfortable! We had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the water and wine that was left for us. I can highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area.

A great and modern apartment, with a stunning view on the bay. Very private. We enjoyed Rabac off-season: I can imagine it can be crowdy in Summer. The waterfront can be reached in 10 minutes by public footpaths and steps. The walking trail to the old city of Labin is really great and leads you past some waterfalls.

We stayed 5 days in this beautiful apartment on the Istrian coast. The view and decor of the apartment were exactly as beautiful as in the pictures. Unfortunately we were there in March, so the pool wasn't filled yet and it was still too cold to take a dip. However, we could sit in the sun on the roof terrace. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, the coast is within walking distance (if you can walk a bit) and by car there are many beautiful places within driving distance. We really found the kitchen and all the items to be used to be a plus, so we could also cook for a few days and eat relaxed in the apartment.

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

This is our 3rd time staying with Jasna & Vlado and are very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is within 4 minutes walking distance, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

Very friendly and welcoming host. She gave us lots of information about the area (bus, beach etc.). The place was very nice and clean and close to the center. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The warm welcome by "Maria" was the first step to a 10-day break. We immediately felt well received. There is a parking space for the car right by the house. There are also 2 bikes available. Very clean and cozy apartment in a quiet location. The amenities are excellent. The beautiful harbor and the old town are a 10-15 minute walk away. The hosts are very friendly, caring and helpful. We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

Suzanne and Dalibor were wonderful hosts! So kind and helpful. The space is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is great - quite close to the Pula Amphitheater and the waterfront. We would definitely stay there again.
