Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était conforme à la description : propre, bien équipé et très confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de toutes les commodités. L’accueil a été chaleureux et la communication facile. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Questo è un appartamento fantastico. Perfetto per due coppie. Luciana e Fabio sono persone molto cordiali e accoglienti. L'appartamento è molto ben attrezzato e arredato. Si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicino alla fortezza e a diversi ristoranti altamente consigliati. Ci siamo stati due volte e lo faremo di nuovo.

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

Luca’s place was the perfect place to stay in Grosseto. The location was just inside the walls of the Centro Storico. Luca suggested nearby street parking that was cost effective, safe and only a 5-minute walk to the apartment. Luca met me and carried my bag up to the first floor. He thoughtfully designed the space to be comfortable and functional. Everything is new and lovely. Highly recommend.

Wij hebben twee nachten overnacht en waren verrast door de grote ruimte van het appartement bij binnenkomst geweldig! Vervolgens werden we verrast door het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het balkon wat nog veel mooier is dan op de foto’s. Ook was de communicatie met Frederico/ receptie van het appartementencomplex super. Snelle en duidelijke reacties. Wij werden heel vriendelijk onthaald bij aankomst door een mannelijke receptie medewerker. Ik weet zijn naam niet maar hij was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Daarnaast is het leuk om het dorp te bezoeken waar je ook een mooi uitzicht hebt! Kortom; wij hebben genoten!

Wow what an incredible stay at Claudia's! It was the perfect home base to explore other towns in Tuscany, and after a long day of sightseeing, the apartment felt so relaxing like a real home away from home. We were lucky enough to stay during the Festa Del Barbarossa where San Quirico really came alive and we got to experience the festivities. As for Claudia she is a 10/10 host! She made sure we were well prepared, met us at check in and had stocked the apartment with everything we needed. Do not hesitate to book Claudia's apartment. It is top tier accommodation! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Devy und können ihren Agriturismo nur weiterempfehlen! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch, aber trotzdem erreicht man viele tolle Orte in der Umgebung in nur etwa 30 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht, und der Pool war immer sauber und einladend. Devy ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, bei der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Wir haben viele schöne Dinge erlebt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Apartment! Das Haus liegt herrlich ruhig mit toskanischer Postkarten-Aussicht – besonders am Pool ein echtes Highlight. Nach einem kleinen Start-Hoppala (halb so wild und schnell geklärt) haben wir genau das Apartment bekommen, das wir gebucht hatten – und es entsprach absolut der Beschreibung. Die Gastgeber waren super herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Besonders genossen haben wir das optionale italienische Frühstück – lecker, liebevoll gemacht und mit viel Charme. Perfekte Lage, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, von kleinen Dörfern bis zu größeren Städten war alles gut erreichbar. Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Soggiorno impeccabile. Valentina è una persona d’oro, pronta a consigliare e disponibile al massimo. La casa era come bella descrizione: graziosa, pulita (cosa più importante), ordinata e dotata di tutti i comfort. La posizione inoltre è centralissima, in pieno centro storico e ciò permette di muoversi sia a piedi che con i mezzi in modo facile ed efficiente. Niente da dire, consigliatissimo!

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit hier - die Natur sowie die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön, etwas rustikal mit ein paar Erneuerungen, über die Ana viel erzählen kann. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände super verteilen, hat genug Privatsphäre falls erwünscht und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auch der Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Wir konnten von hier aus einige Städte wie Florenz und Siena besuchen, auch hier hatte Ana super Tipps für geeignete Restaurants parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This Apartment was very beautiful. For us it was easy to find. You definitely need a car. We used the Pool in the afternoon. It was very very quiet and for sure 100% nature. The only thing we would change is the matress. It was way to hard for us. We felt in love with Paolo. He is a funny and warm hearted person with grate hospitability. We were at the spiaggia lunga, it was very nice there. Not many people. Ciao Paolo, hope to see you again. XXX

Sehr schönes Haus, landestypisch eingerichtet dabei aber trotzdem modern. Besonders gefallen haben und die Betten und die angenehme sanfte aber effektive Klimatisierung. Sehr geräumig, so dass ein Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen sehr angenehm möglich ist. Es gibt sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge.

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

If you are looking for a calm space in the middle of the nature this place is the perfect one for you!! We’ve enjoyed every second of it, it was exactly how it looked like on the photos and Pino is the perfect host :) we would definitely come again!!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had the most lovely stay at Fernanda’s and definitely want to come back someday! It was the best of our 3 week trip. From the moment of booking she was super responsive and helpful. The place was large and felt like home—great for us and adult son. Of course the views were the best and wish we could have just sat in front of the window for 3 days. It’s in quiet and peaceful part of village which was also perfect after busy Rome and Florence.. Grazie Mille Fernanda for your kindness.

This place is even better than described. I never imagined I could one day live in an authentic palace. Thank you, Bianca, for making this dream come true! A small piece of advice for future guests: please follow Bianca’s directions exactly when coming to the palace—Google Maps can be very misleading.

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!
