Waterfront holiday rentals in Istanbul

We had a fabulous time at Gulsen's place! The views of the Bosphorus and Istanbul skyline are incredible both on the rooftop and from the rooms. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop, watched beautiful sunsets as the call to prayer emenated across the city. It was magical. The Galata area is fabulous in itself and easy to reach other neighbourhoods - Sultanahmet, Eminonou, Kakikoy, Taksim. Our group had a wonderful stay and highly recommended Gulsen's place! The host was very responsive too which made arrangements and getting information very easy.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

What an experience it was! Truly surreal views and one of the most comfortable stays I’ve had. The house has got everything you’ll need during the stay. Mete is the most kindest host I’ve met. You made me feel like home. He has been very responsive and available anytime. Thank you, Mete for taking me around and showing me the neighbourhood. Felt very safe and comfortable being a solo traveler. Appreciate your time and efforts to make the trip so memorable.

Perfect Host and great Appartment

Mr. Ahmet was very interested in our arrival and departure and was very helpful. He also helped a lot with recommendations about the area and the park. The view of the place was as beautiful as in the photo and it was very clean, including the places inside

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

Derin is a responsive & pleasant hostess. Her place is very roomy considering the location - in the heart of the action! Big comfy bed, strong shower, reasonably sized bathroom. Nice workspace too. You need strong legs to get to the top...but defo worth it! Diolch yn fawr Derin.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

It was a great stay. Ms. Semra was very caring and helpful with everything. The view and garden of the house are peaceful. I didn't have any issues with cleanliness, comfort, and other things, the house was as stated in the descriptions and photos. Can't wait to stay here again:)

Check-in was easy as we found the host waiting for us with his nice mother, the house was also wonderful with a beautiful view, it just lacked air conditioning, we felt hot during the sunny day, otherwise everything was beautiful, thank you very much

The house was a very nice house in a very nice area. Families with small children need to be careful because there are so many accessories in the house and the kids are very curious. Also, if you have a phobia about insects, you may have a little trouble. The beds were very comfortable, with extra towels provided.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again
