This is a great place to stay. Zohra was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The building is new and very clean and well maintained (as is the apartment). We used transit to visit the city - 2.5 euros gets you just about anywhere. Metro is a 10 minute walk or you can get several bus options within a 2 minute walk. Good grocery store is about 250 m away. Apartment was very comfortable for 3 couples and is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this as a great option if you are comfortable with using the transit system (which is excellent). Travel time to central Paris is about 35-40 minutes. The neighbourhood and apartment is very quiet and safe.

Great experience at their place! It was spotless clean and it is very accessible by train. It is on the sixth floor but the elevator is quick and responsive. Aurelia and Jocelyn were always available when needed

Spotless and clutter-free apartment near a Metro stop on the outskirts of Paris. My kids loved the kids’ room and toys. Chi had lots of baby supplies, but we didn’t need them. Issy-Les-Molineaux has local boulangeries and cafes.

We had a great stay at Victor’s place. The apartment is a bright and comfortable space and well connected to the metro and RER. We had a fantastic meal at Casa Mario’s just under the apartment (great hospitality). A great base to explore the City. The host was responsive and the check in and check out process was easy. We’ll definitely stay here again if we are visiting Paris.

Our stay was fantastic! Marie was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. She was also super accommodating by allowing us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. As two girls traveling alone, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The location was perfect, with easy access to metro line 9, making it simple to get around all of Paris. We will definitely be back!

Vi var meget glade for vores ophold i denne rummelige og nyrestaurerede lejlighed, beliggende i et roligt og autentisk område i det 16. arrondissement, hvor man mærker, at folk virkelig bor og lever. Beliggenheden er ideel med kort afstand til både Roland Garros og resten af Paris. Vi nød især terrassen højt oppe med fantastisk udsigt og masser af sol – et perfekt sted at slappe af. Vi vil meget gerne leje lejligheden igen ved næste besøg i Paris!

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen mit einer Parkanlage, schönen Restaurants und einer sehr leckeren Bäckerei. Bis zur S-Bahn waren es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Super Anbindung um nach Paris zu fahren. Wahab war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder einchecken.

This apartment was perfect for our visit to Paris. It was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to public transportation. The views from the balcony were spectacular!! Isolda is a wonderful hostess. She responded immediately to our questions. I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone visiting Paris.

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The apartment is in a great location for exploring the city with some great local restaurants just round the corner. Our hosts were always quick to answer any questions we had. The baggage storage was very useful and easy to use on both the check in day and check out day so we weren’t carrying heavy bags around. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. We used all three beds including a very comfy fold down bed in the living room, it was so nice to stay somewhere with comfy bed pillows and Aircon! I will be highly recommending this apartment and hope to stay again.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
