We loved Roberto’s flat! It was perfectly comfortable, and Lido di Ostia was quiet and perfect to explore. The flat is only a 5 minute walk from the metro station, so public transportation to Rome is perfectly accessible and easy, though it is important to keep in mind it will take about an hour to get to the city center. Worth it to get solace in such a peaceful little town, though!

What a beautiful apartment. It was quiet, very spacious, and absolutely lovely. The kitchen was the best we had on our trip, so much so that we cooked in it a few times while we were there. The location was perfect with both private and public beach access within 3 minutes walk. We would absolutely stay here again. What a wonderful way to spend the last few days of our vacation.

We really liked the apartment. It is equipped with everything you need. We also enjoyed breakfast with a sea view on the open balcony. The location of the apartment is very convenient, next to the train stop, which takes us to Rome in 30 minutes and for 1.5 euros. Thank you very much for our wonderful vacation.

El alojamiento de Fabio cumplio nuestras expectativas para pasar una noche. Es amplio, luminoso, bien equipado para todo lo necesario en la estadía. Lo unico, debajo del edificio hay un lavadero de auto que inicia a las 7 de la mañana a trabajar, y el ruido de la maquina se escucha. Más allá de eso, todo perfecto.

Vito ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber und kümmert sich um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste. Die Wohnung ist von Rom gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Auch ohne Auto sehr gut gelegen. Fußläufig zum Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bars. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist absolut ausreichend. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank Vito!

S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojeni. Každý den jsme využívali zahradu a ocenili jsme vlastní vstup na pláž. I když jsme 4 rodiny, pohodlně jsme se vešli a ubytování bylo velmi prostorné.

This Airbnb was the perfect way to end our two weeks in Italy! We got to relax on the beach and then had no stress of a long drive to the airport. The house was clean and cozy! Gaia was an amazing host! I definitely recommend staying here!!

It was just like the pictures. Great location and beautifully decorated. Federica was excellent, always responding to our messages and made sure our needs were met. Would definitely recommend!

This is one of the best Air B&Bs ever. My family needed a place to stay for one night before an early morning flight. After seeing the horrible reviews for the airport hotels I started looking at other options. Fabrizio's place is perfect! It was super clean, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 3 beds. There were snacks and water waiting for us, plus the apartment is stocked with anything you'd need to cook. The best part is that it's right on the beach - within feet from a sandwich restaurant / bar which has bathrooms and rents umbrellas and chairs. And there's a full restaurant on the next beach over (5 minute walk). Fabrizio and Annamaria responded quickly to all of my questions, allowed us to check in early due to availability and arranged for a shared shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning. Wish we could have stayed here a few days longer!

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

This was our absolute favorite Airbnb place in all of Italy, and we stayed at 5 different places during a 10 day trip. There are lots of places to stay in Ostia. Book this one now. You will thank yourself when you get here! The place is beautiful. Nice view with visible water from the cute and good sized balcony. Very spacious and modern. Great air conditioning. Drinkable kitchen water. Comfortable bed and even extra pillows. Great location with tons of nearby restaurants and easy beach and pier access. Christian also booked us a van to get to the airport last minute. He’s such a kind and enthusiastic host. Best stay in all of Italia. Buon viaggio!

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spotless and large enough for three adults to live and relax. The large balcony was the highlight of the location looking out over the Mediterranean. And the location was great for restaurants and the beach. Giorgia’s attention to detail was great, leaving us a fruit basket and wine from her grandfather’s vineyard. She was also very helpful with directions to other locations and responded quickly. The location had easy access to the train. Cafe and gelato kiddy corner from the location, full of locals and delish! We would return again❣️

fin dalla prima occhiata c'è piaciuto, siamo entrati anche con un ora e mezza di anticipo. Servizio di portineria cordiale e gentilissimo. la vista appena entrati è stupenda, sembra quasi distare in crociera. l appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere giorni di relax e per raggiungere la spiaggia senza le solite rogne degli spostamenti. Host sempre disponibile anche a ferragosto. Speriamo di tornarci quanto prima. un salutone a Daryl e Giorgio. 😃

Wonderful place to stay! Wish it could have been for longer. I received such a lovely and warm welcome from the host and her neighbour - they even came out to assist me with my luggage even though the apartment is very close to the train station. The place has a lovely energy, and the balcony (the main reason I chose it) was perfect! It has a hanging chair and two other seats. It gets the sun in the morning which is a beautiful way to wake up, and then you get shade in the afternoon which is perfect for relaxing outside. It's on the 4th floor (with an elevator) and faces the train tracks so the balcony is not overlooked. The bed was comfy, everything was super clean, and I had everything I needed for my stay. Highly recommended.

Wir wurden wirklich sehr freundlich Empfangen, es wurde alles Super erklärt die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern, Netflix ect. funktioniert auch problemlos. Wir hatten einen netten Empfangskorb mit einem Mittagessen(Pasta&Arrabiatasauce) und anderen Leckereien und einer Flasche Wasser, so dass man nicht gleich unbedingt Einkaufen gehen muss. Und die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Strand gelegen, das man vom Balkon aus das Meer sehen und hören kann. Einfach Zauberhaft!! Vielen Dank an Maria Christina und Francesco, wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Und kommen ganz sicher wieder!!
