Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Isola Sacra

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Stefano and Alessia’s place! Traveling with my wife and our two teenage daughters, this apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see, yet the pedestrian-only street out front made it feel surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and felt like home the moment we walked in. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the hospitality. Stefano and Alessia are phenomenal hosts, warm, welcoming, and full of great recommendations. They genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We’ve traveled a lot, but this stay stands out as one of our favorites. If you’re visiting this part of Italy, do not hesitate, book this place. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Very responsive owner! Meets requests and the service was amazing! Thank you for that. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It was exactly as advertised! The apartment was really beautiful, nice and cozy. It contains everything one needs for either a short or long stay (like a hairdryer, basic care products, large fridge, coffee maker and cookingplate (+ basic needs for cooking). Eventough we didnt cook ourselves it is nice to know everything was at hand. Metro and bus are near by (just a 3min walk!). We absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to everyone! This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

I stayed at Lio’s place for just about three days with my family. It is a fantastic place and in a lovely building with lots of character. The place has a range of modern amenities - including well functioning air conditioners in all rooms to keep us cool. The neighbourhood is brilliant - close to Vatican and its sites, yet is quiet and peaceful. Lio was on top of communication at all stages and was very responsive. His son ensured we had a smooth check-in. We also really appreciated local cafe and restaurant recommendations provided by Lio. Fantastic place all around and I highly recommend to anyone considering - it is worth it!

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

We had a very nice time at this place. Stefano met us at our arrival time and gave us a detailed explanation about the place and location. As if that wasn’t enough, I received a pdf with the most helpful information about everything you could need for your visit in Rome. The place was very comfortable, modern and clean and just steps away from the most popular tourist attractions. We would love to return in our future visits, no doubt!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was ideal — within walking distance to many of the main churches, which made exploring the city super easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was a breeze. We also really appreciated the A/C after long summer days. We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

From the moment we arrived, Simone was welcoming and accommodating. The place was spotless and located in a quiet neighborhood to but walkable to many spots. Simone provided us amazing restaurant recommendations and assisted with transportation to and from the airport. The garden was peaceful and the spot was exactly what we were looking for and felt like we were at home. I would highly recommend staying here!

Laura’s place was perfect! The pictures to find the entrance were very helpful. We had a little trouble with the apartment door lock (but we were very tired). Laura had a crib for our baby and it was all made up with the sweetest little sheets. The bathtub was amazing since we were so hot when we arrived, we were able to have a cool bath for our daughter. Everything was very tidy and clean. Laura’s instructions and suggestions were easy to follow. It was nice we could also do a little laundry. We were just staying one night on our way to Florence but wished we could stay longer. The apartment was easy to get to from the metro by walking. We highly recommend Laura’s place!

Fantastic place and host. Very comfortable and 8 minute walk to the Colosseum and 20 minute taxi ride to Vatican City. Many great food options and shops right outside the door. Host was helpful and responsive.

What a great welcome! We were still late, arrived at more than 10pm , and Catharine still took all the necessary time to show us around the apartment, guide us for our stay, give us a large amount of information for our trips . Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Italia was a generous host and very responsive. The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and at a great location in the city just a block away from the nearest Metro stop.
