Holiday rentals in Isola Piana

We had an amazing time at Francesco's place. The views in the pictures completely lived up to the photos. The location requires steep hikes to get to, but being in this square in this building was absolutely sublime. There is a musician who plays either the accordion or keyboard most days, there are tourists who frequent the Co-Cathedral and church bells. We found all of this o be charming and all things we absolutely loved here. On nice days, having the windows open to allow the outdoors come in was sublime. Cafè Plazuela at the foot of our building is great for coffee and a pastry, and the workers are very friendly. Francesco was responsive to all our needs. We cooked and had all the supplies we needed (oil, vinegar, spices, colander, sharp knives, cheese grater). Additionally, we were there for a month and Francesco gave us a fresh supply of towels and bedding. The couch was comfortable and so was the bed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It's an old building and that's what we loved.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans le logement de Luca et Gabriele. L’appartement est situé dans le quartier du château, face à la cathédrale. Tout se fait bien à pied et il est aussi assez facile de trouver du stationnement à proximité. L’appartement est spacieux, propre et pratique avec bcp de rangement. Il correspond en tous points aux photos. Tout fonctionne parfaitement (douche, laveuse, AC). La communication avec les hôtes a été efficace et fluide. À louer dans hésitation!

L'appartamento ha un terrazzo meraviglioso, con una vista mozzafiato sul porto, si trova in un'ottima posizione e all'interno è abbastanza funzionale. Fa venire voglia di non andare più via!

Un posto magico dove abbiamo incontrato delle persone splendide. Tino è stato sempre disponibile, gentilissimo e pieno di ottimi consigli.

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Geräte sind alle modern und gut bedienbar. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die sehr gut und leise ist. Es gibt ausreichend Dusch- und Handtücher. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern, es fehlen nur Ablagemöglickeiten im unteren Badezimmer.Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der sehr schöne Strand und viele gute Restaurants kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea klappte immer sehr gut. Es könnte mehr Teller und Töpfe geben, dann müsste man nicht so oft den Geschirrspüler anstellen. Gläser, Tassen und Besteck gibt es ausreichend. Der Wäscheständer ist zu klein und es fehlen definitiv Auflagen für die Holzliegen auf der oberen Terrasse. Das sind Dinge, die man sicher ändern kann.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

sistemazione e ubicazione dall'appartamento decisamente perfette, il luogo è incantevole, la casa fresca, pulita e perfettamente attrezzata. In assoluto la casa vacanze meglio attrezzata che abbia mai trovato nelle mie esperienze precedenti. Da considerare che vi si accede con una ripida discesa e una quarantina di gradini dal parcheggio e altrettanti ce ne sono per raggiungere la spiaggia, quindi ci vogliono gambe sane! Francesco e la sua famiglia sono stati di grande supporto.

We had a fantastic stay at Massimilianos place. There was always a quick response to our questions both before and during our stay, which was very reassuring. We were received at the ports and guided all the way to the apartment. The apartment was incredibly cozy and everything was nice and clean. Only challenge: There wasn't much to buy on the island and the restaurant wasn't very good, so everything has to be brought to the island. We enjoyed our holiday and can only give our best recommendations.

Questa casa ha tutti i pregi: 1/ fascino e bellezza vanno di pari passo con comodità e funzionalità, un restauro amorevole e intelligente dove nessun dettaglio è stato lasciato al caso 2/ posizione, riparata in zona tranquilla con piscina e piacevolissimo giardino, distante 1 minuto a piedi da due fornitissimi supermercati e a 5 minuti sempre a piedi dal porto e dal centro della bellissima Carloforte. 3/ la proprietaria Daniela oltre che calorosa e accogliente sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza e piena di ottimi consigli e informazioni sull’isola.
