Apartment holiday rentals in Islington

My partner and I left Kate's place happy. Being within walking distance of Kings Cross Station and Eurostar was a big advantage for us. The apartment was on the first floor, it was very clean and tidy, and there was everything I needed in the apartment. There is also a swimming pool very close to the flat and very cheap, also there are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants very close to the apartment. Sam was very helpful and responded quickly. We definitely recommend it.

Nice clean large flat with modern furnishings and a great host

A comfortable one bed flat in a wonderfully central location. Bedroom is fairly spacious, bed a decent size, and the living room/kitchen was clean and thankfully free of clutter. Quiet street, no noise from neighbours. Recommended.

Wow – is all we can say! What an absolutely incredible place – the location is unbeatable, and the home itself is a true experience to stay in. From the moment we arrived, it was amazing . Every detail was perfect – beautifully styled, immaculately clean, and filled with character and the art work is classy The kids felt like royalty and didn’t stop smiling the whole time – The space was so thoughtfully laid out, blending luxury and comfort in the most effortless way. We stayed at Naj’s flat for a few weeks and had a lovely stay overall! Naj was really responsive and assisted with any questions or issues we had. The flat has been refurbished really nicely, however due to it being a basement there is some damp at the bottom of the stairs which means there is a dehumidifier running all of the time. Not a huge issue but something you’ll need to remember to empty if you’re staying for a while. Other things we found were that there isn’t a lot of natural light (no surprise considering it’s a basement flat), the shower doesn’t drain well meaning it fills quickly, the kitchen can smell at times due to the drain access being in that room, and we didn’t like that there is no recycling disposal. Most of these things wouldn’t be an issue unless you’re staying for as long as we did, and even then we had everything we needed. The terrace is great and we spent lots of time there, the parking space was a lifesaver and the location is fantastic!

This flat was gorgeous! We wanted to live there. Dan & Georges were lovely and helpful. Clear communication, easy check in and instructions. Very close walk to the overground station and easy to get around. Great coffee shop around the corner. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is as beautiful and cozy as it looks in the listing. Quality stuff, too (appliances, furniture, etc). The location is great. There's tons to do in the area—from restaurants and bakeries to shopping and walking the canal—but it's also really convenient to central London. It's on a quiet street that's just a block off one main thoroughfare and a couple blocks from another. Kelli was super responsive, kindly accommodated an early checkin and late checkout, and sent along a local guide with lots of great recs we used and would definitely do again. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is indeed a “gem” of a location. The flat itself is compact but very comfortable for two people and had everything we needed. It is clear that a lot of care was put into renovating and decorating this flat and there are many thoughtful touches (e.g. water filter in fridge, heated towel rack, plush towels, interesting London coffee table books etc.) There was more storage space than any other Airbnb I’ve been in! The kitchenette is fully equipped and included a Nespresso maker (pods are provided) and milk frother so I was able to make cappuccinos each morning. The elevator was a luxury, but be aware that there is a short flight of stairs to reach the lift and then another to reach the flat. Thank you to host Chris and owner Anthony for their prompt communication and hospitality. They even provided a bottle of wine and chocolates! We were also able to drop off our luggage prior to check in, which was a huge help. We would happily stay here again!

One of my favorite airbnbs ever! A great place to stay if you want to feel like a local. We were obsessed with overlooking the canal and sitting at cafes on the water. The place itself was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a longer stay, including a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. We didn’t want to leave!

Amazing apartment close to everything 😍 It's a great compromise: close to the City center and yet not too expensive. Very pleasant, the inside and the little patio. Also it's a quiet area with all you need (supermarket, restaurants, cafés) within a 5 min walk. Chris is a great host full of little attentions and will make you feel at home. Would 100% come again, thank you Chris!

I had a really lovely stay here. The flat was super clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Perfect for a solo trip. It had everything I needed and felt like a great home base for six days in London. A couple of small things to flag: the bed felt a bit compact and not the sturdiest, and I had some trouble turning off the closet light. But neither of those got in the way of a great experience overall. I’d definitely stay again and really hope to come back!

If you know Islington, Meghan’s place is an amazing find. It is in the gorgeous area of Barnesbury with beautiful Georgian houses, parks and super convenient to get everywhere. Her place was bright and well-appointed with everything provided. Meghan herself is friendly and helpful and so warm. Thanks for our “home” which we loved and hope to come back to again!

Maggie’s place was fantastic—the perfect place for exploring Borough Market and beyond! The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was also beautifully decorated and such a relaxing place to unwind after our busy day out. The hot tub was a massive bonus—talk about luxury! Responses from the host(s) were prompt, friendly, and informative, answering any and all of my questions. We truly appreciated the effort Maggie & co put in to making our stay comfortable. We had a great stay at Emilia’s home in Greenwich. The location is excellent - close to everything and easy to get around. Just a heads-up: it's situated on the path of the London Fire Brigade, so you might hear sirens at night. Earplugs are a good idea if you're a light sleeper. That said, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Emilia was a thoughtful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend!

Jamie’s apartment felt just like home. It was beautiful, in a safe location and it was aesthetically pleasing . It had everything you would want your house to have, and having lived in canada water as a student too, I can vouch that the area is extremely safe as well. I would definitely recommend everyone to check this out if you’re on your trip to London. Lastly, Jamie was extremely helpful, he helped us check in our bags too since there was no lift and I was worried about the same. He took care of everything and was very responsive. Definitely the best property ive stayed at!

So I stayed at this property for 7 nights. Very prime and posh location. Very well connected to all the tourist hubs as well. Things of daily needs such as gym, grocery etc everything available at the street downstairs. Felt very safe to be there. The apartment was absolutely squeaky clean. Fully loaded kitchen and bathroom. 100 percent recommended for short and long stays be it family, couples or solo. Will definitely come back when in London next time.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!
