Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.

Here you can sit, boat, fish with otters, beavers, sea lions, owls, herons and more! Kayaks are provided. We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.

Far away yet close to everything, we hope our little farmhouse studio will make you smile. Your stay will begin with you being greeted by a basket of seasonal fruit and herbs that were grown right outside your door, along with eggs from our free-ranging flock of chickens! STRP2024-00243
