Great stay. 2 days with the family for my husband's 60th birthday with our children at Disney Park. We were 5 adults. The place is perfect. the 2 bathrooms are nice and the rooms are spacious. impeccable cleanliness. and the best part is the underground parking. Franck is responsive to our requests. Well located accommodation in the city, very easy to access. The space was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check-in is quick and easy, making arrival a breeze. The owner is responsive and communicates effectively, which is very appreciable. Several practical services are offered on site, which adds to the general comfort. The neighborhood is quiet, without traffic in the surroundings, and very well served. A 2-5 minute walk, you can find everything you need: pharmacy, small grocery store, pizzeria, bakery, as well as a bus stop. A good option for a stay in the city, whether for work or leisure

Great accommodation. We highly recommend it. Communication was great. We forgot some belongings in the apartment and were allowed to return after check-out time. It is certain that if I return to the region, it is a home that perfectly meets my expectations.

We were in the accommodation as a family and we liked it very much. Disneyland and also the city center of Paris were very easy to reach. We will be happy to come back.

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

The house is super spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the place is really nice and quiet, perfect for resting. Everything came together for a great time. I and my family really enjoyed our stay. The home is situated in a very nice neighborhood. The location of the property and the fiber optic internet connection are both excellent.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights at the end of April (2 families with a total of 3 small children). Before arriving, we had some questions; the whole team always responded directly and supported us superbly. Also with the PassPass App. This allowed us to book a slightly earlier arrival and got all the information (such as the storage of the key, etc.) From the location, the house is ideal for visiting Disneyland (15 min by car) and to go to Paris (30 min by train). The only drawback for us...the house was a little clairvoyant and it could have been a little cleaner. Otherwise, we are completely satisfied and would fully recommend the house.

A beautiful accommodation. The beds were just a little small for us?( Queen size?) Manon was very friendly and always responded quickly to inquiries. Small gifts sweetened our arrival. Great quiet area and wonderful view of the sunset. It was a great time, thank you 🫶🏼

I give it a 5/5 because everything went very well from start to finish. Very responsive, clean accommodation and there is everything you need. I recommend it.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!
