The Bothy at Ballakillowey Farm

BekRating, 5 stars8 months ago
I stayed here for a week alongside my husband, 16 year old son and 17 month old son, and my father and mother (who has mobility issues). We drove from Douglas Port to The Bothy following our host’s instructions with no issues, it’s only a half hr drive on a lovely road. The accommodation was pristine and the views were incredible overlooking Port St Mary and Port Erin. We all had a wonderful week here and would highly recommend it and would definitely come again. Finding somewhere suitable for a toddler and someone with mobility issues can be difficult but this was perfect. The accommodation is sat on a small holding, but still so peaceful and my toddler loved seeing the chickens, horses and sheep. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Beach's Reach

CarolineRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a lovely stay at the house in Peel, it is so close to the beach and the centre of Peel, which was great for us travelling with a toddler. Kitchen was really well equipped. The app was helpful for understanding how the stay and the house worked. There are a lot of stairs in the house, so would caution against it for anybody with really small kids who aren't safe around stairs yet.

Riverside Cottage

XantheRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The cottage is beautiful and peaceful. We were very lucky with the weather so enjoyed meals in the garden looking out to the sea. Sea views from 3 of the bedrooms was such a treat. There are lovely walks nearby. Highly recommend visiting the Chasm and the views across to the Calf of Man further down the southwest coast. There are interesting monuments and a number of seals basking on the rocks to see. We hired a car so nowhere was far away. The Isle of Man is a beautiful island and everyone we met was so friendly. The road to the cottage is narrow but we didn't have a problem with this. We would definitely recommend staying at Riverside cottage and would like to have stayed longer.

Seafarer's Cottage

DanyaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had a lovely stage at the cottage. Great location in Castletown with a lovely see view. The cottage was immaculate and there were lots of thoughtful little touches such as the bread, cheese, milk, butter chocolates etc. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again.

5 Charles Street

Lovely cottage with all equipment required. Very peaceful and literally silent over night. Only tiny problem was getting used to hob as took time for it to turn on. Great that shops were a very quick walk, as were local pubs. Would definitely stay here again.

Rosehip Cottage (Willow Nook Cottages)

AlastairRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Absolutely gorgeous holiday cottage, located at the end of a private lane in the Manx countryside. There were beautiful views out over the Irish Sea - particularly at sunset - and the sky was dark enough for an astonishing view of the stars at night. Though the location is quiet, peaceful and secluded, it is in fact only 15 minutes' walk into the village of Kirk Michael, where you can find everything you need. The accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean - a real professional holiday let. Highly recommended.

Charming 2-bed cottage in town

SineadRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Everything was perfect! Amazing communication with host- Everything was made so simple! Made the place personal and was very thoughtful with gift and welcome package. Location was exactly what we needed - highly recommend if you will be cooking at home, as Spar and Co Op are right around corner. But also so many take aways also super close by. City center is less than a 10 minute walk so you feel so central, while having such a lovely peaceful place. We got the parking permit/disc with help of Adele, was so easy to get this and also we were less than 4 minutes in the place and it was ready- so no delays! Overall 10 out of 10 can not say enough good things!

Seagrass Cottage: for a great Manx seaside escape

NeilRating, 5 stars1 day ago
A great little cottage in Port Erin. We stayed here during the IOM TT and really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and in a quiet part of town but within easy walking distance of the town centre. Fiona was very helpful and accommodating especially when our ferry got changed at the last minute. Thanks for a great stay Fiona.

Bay View Cottage, Port Erin, Isle of Man

FayeRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed at Judy’s place for 5 nights during the Easter holidays. The cottage is beautiful and extremely well equipped. The kitchen has every utensil you could think of, there were plenty of cleaning products including dishwasher tablets and clothes washing tablets for the washing machine. We came in the car in the ferry but the garage has everything you could need for a beach stay: deckchairs, kayaks and life vests, a BBQ, buckets and spades etc. There are no words to describe how amazing the view is from both the garden and the sun lounge! We would 100% recommend staying here and enjoying beautiful Port Erin and the rest of the island. A wonderful host and we will be back to stay again.

Eva's Cottage

RobertRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The spec for this place is wonderful a restored old home, great facilities very close to the steam railway local co-op and bus routes. Top tip you don’t need to hire a car on the Isle of Man you can walk to this house from the airport and then use the Myriad of public transport routes to get around the island

Ballavoddan Farm Cottages 2

Harrison LloydRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This holiday cottage is beautifully presented and has everything you need for a lovely stay. The host gave us very clear instructions of how to find the place. The location is great, just outside Ballasalla. Although it is very walkable into the village there is not pavement all the way but the roads are quiet. Definitely will be coming back again!
