It has 300 sq. meters built on a 700 sq. meter lot (350 sq. meters are a garden equipped with games for children) The upstairs apartment has 4 spacious rooms with all the amenities for 14 people and a study with a sofa bed. The downstairs has a room with 2 beds in case you need to arrive with support staff. We are 5 minutes from “El Chaco” beach and 20 minutes from the Reserve. Terrace, BBQ, Pool, Tennis courts, etc.

A very clean, nice house and room. Luis' mom is super friendly and always welcomed us warmly. You have to be a little careful in the dark with the dogs from the neighborhood. We had to leave early for a tour and when we passed by, they almost bit my mother in the leg, they were already on her pants... the dogs also bark in the dark when someone comes by. But of course, the dear homeowners can't help it!

The apartment is on the edge and is therefore nice and quiet. The amenities were very good and the rooms are spacious, right next door there is a mini market. Upon arrival, there was fresh water for us. We especially liked the communication with the hostess, she was very helpful in organizing tours for us and always responded very quickly. We were also able to use the laundry service and a later check-out.
