Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Islands

The place was great. Location was perfect for us: close to some true gems food wise, beaches, wineries, etc. We loved it. We stayed 1 week, so we truly got a chance to enjoy it. Was also able to yoga in the morning with a view on the olive trees. All the little attentions made us feel welcomed.

Absolutely magical! Roula’s stone house is an incredibly picturesque and charming place to stay. The terrace is a dream – shaded naturally by a tree and offering a stunning view of the sunset. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished, with everything you might need. A little heads-up for tall people: the doorway to the terrace is a bit low – you might want to duck (don’t worry, we laughed every time!). There are some fantastic tavernas just around the corner, and it’s the perfect starting point for scenic hikes through the area. We loved every minute of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

This location was great in every way and we find it the very best location we have experienced so far during three Greek holidays. Location, space, amenities in the house, communication etc. were great. In addition, Sofia, her husband and daughter Argiro excelled in their attention to us in a good balance with respect for our privacy.

A very cute little house on a beautiful peninsula. We quickly felt at home, every comfort is there. There are even garden lounges to soak up the sun all day long. ☀️

What do I say? The contact with Ileana was benevolent and super warm from the beginning. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She sent travel recommendations in advance and constantly asked if she could be of any help. I found everything as described in the house. And it was really all to my taste. I would live in a similar way. I felt very comfortable there. Due to the road being busier than expected, it was sometimes a little louder due to the traffic. I cannot say enough great things about this place! Very clean! Host was literally amazing!! She even helped us get a cab to our cruise! She gave us great recommendations for dinner! It was a great way to start our trip!!

Chrysi is a very friendly, accommodating host who welcomed us warmly. She explained everything to us in detail and we felt very comfortable with her small holiday complex. Super quiet, as we wished and a constant beautiful view over the bay of Souda. We'll be back sometime.

Great location, very responsive and accommodating host. They'll take you to the airport as finding a Uber is not easy there! They even offered to drive us to Schinias beach because one of the bikes had a flat. It was actually close enough for a nice walk on the beach to get back to the place, with just a few rocks at the end. Restaurants around are delicious. 100% recommended.

we stayed here for 4 nights and our favorite part was sitting out on the balcony and taking in the views. A cute little walkway is just below, going along the water to a nice pier. You definitely need a car since it's out of any tourist area, but the drive there is really nice, about 2 hrs from Athens and only 20 min from Nafplio. Lots to discover all around. Christos is a great host, very responsive and had alot of great recommendations. One thing I would note; road noise can be loud since you're so close to a road (earplugs did the trick though).

Don’t think twice about staying at this beautiful apartment. Angelina was always ready to help and very friendly. The garden area is so beautiful - so is the view from the balcony. Everything is clean and welcoming. If you have a disability or problems with walking then the many stairs to the town will be a problem. I look forward greatly to returning to this little oasis of peace and beauty. Than you Angelina, and of course Mykonos 🇬🇷❤️

Great location, very short walk to the port, beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The host was extremely responsive and always willing to help make our stay comfortable! Apartment was very clean and the jacuzzi is a great feature. Multiple cafe’s/bars just downstairs with great food, drinks, and service. Highly recommend staying at this property if you want to be close to the venetian port and all Chania has to offer.

I rented Panos’ unit for a post wedding getaway. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the unit was. Not only was a clean, and beautiful, but it had a breathtaking view of the water as described on the listing. I felt so at home and relaxed, especially during breakfast and watching the beautiful pink sunsets. I could walk over to the beach and enjoy it and walk over to grocery stores and restaurants, literally within 10 minutes. The only thing I forgot is that the view does come with a bit of a hike, up a hill, to the unit when you’re walking around. If you have a car, or taking Uber, there would be no issues. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this location. It’s stunning.

Efi’s was the final stop on our Greek adventure, and I’m so glad, because it SPOILED us! We are anxious to return to Itea in the future and will probably plan it around the availability of Boho House — it was THAT good!!!

Akis is a genuine super host. Nice place with good equipment, I would give one less star to the small details of cleanliness, but the basics were all perfect. We'll be comfortable again.

We stayed in this high-quality villa for nine nights and enjoyed our time there very much. The brand new house is modernly decorated and very clean. Large rooms, a terrace with great sea views and lots of peace. You are completely private on the hill and can enjoy the tranquility. Surrounded by many olive trees, you live practically in the middle of nature. Only the access to the house takes some getting used to for the normal road driver, as it goes quite steeply uphill from the sea to the property. But since there is practically no traffic, you can drive up and down very relaxed and slowly. There are fantastic beaches in the area (most with stones) and Kalamata itself is about a 1/2 hour drive away. So if you are looking for peace and quiet and want to vacation in a modern house with plenty of space, this property is highly recommended.

I don't even know where to start because our stay was so magical. Mariangela and Michael were two of the most incredible hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their local recommendations guided our entire stay, and learning all about the local history was fascinating and such an added bonus. We changed our reservations to stay another two nights because we loved it so much and felt so at peace and at home. Waking up to birds singing and having such a beautiful place to relax and swim was the highlight of our 15 days in Greece. I cannot recommend this home and the hosts enough--we were treated like family and welcomed with open arms. My mother and I were traveling together and are both Greek, and it meant the world to learn Greek phrases and local tips on our first visit to our home country. We will definitely be back and there is no question we will stay here again. Thank you for everything, we are so grateful!

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

We had the most amazing stay at the villa, it was beautiful, private, clean, and just the perfect place for a getaway. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and more… including BIDETS! Luxury was the accommodation placed right at the sea with lovely surroundings near a wonderful beach and a great swimming pool. If you are looking for a peaceful house at the coast that accommodates easily two families this is the place to be on Andros. Chora is only 15 min drive away where you get nice restaurants and some shopping. The house itself is lovely yet don’t expect 5 star amenities and services. Over all a lovely stay and friendly host.

Me and my family stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The location is close to restaurants and nice beaches, yet very quiet. The villas are of new construction and extremely comfortable. The view is amazing. Highly recommended!

Beautiful holiday home with fantastic views of the sea and islands. Ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet, there are no direct neighbors. Beautiful and secluded beaches are within easy reach by car. The house and the furnishings leave nothing to be desired, simply perfect.
