Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Iskandar Puteri

there were issues with aircon unit in the master room. host arranged for immediate onsite assessment themselves, followed by arranging a aircon technician within 2hrs. it is disappointing that the issue wasn't able to be resolved during my stay. but host was eager to get matters resolved and even went the extra mile. so 100% for their service. I trust they'll look into the issue and have it resolved asap. will be back again.

Such a hidden gem! The decor was beautiful and cozy, very worthy. Peaceful vibes all around—perfect for a short escape. 10/10 would stay again!

The place is tidy, clean and spacious. Near Ciq and Malay /seafood restaurant , just across the apartment. There's pub, live band and Chinese restaurant at the basement/along roadside. The apartment opposite Komtar.Provided praying mats for Muslim. Great experience.

At first, there was confusion because the posted address was different, but the conclusion was a very good choice. The host's quick response was good, the residence itself was well-managed, and the security facilities were good. There were cleaning tools and cooking utensils in the house, and there was even a washer-dryer, so I was very satisfied!!

Khimz and team were very friendly. Caters to our needs even though we booked accomodation quite last minute. Any minor issues were addressed promptly. I truly appreciate that they were willing to accomodate to my request for late check out. Accomodation really feels like home!!! Thank you for your lovely home!

Location in the middle of all the action. Lala hotpot directly downstairs. Ktv across the road. Good base to explore Mount Austin. Of cos with so many things happening around and especially over a busy weekend stay, can hear a lot of loud cars and loud motorbikes from the apartment. If you are a light sleeper, you may get woken up. The curtains if able to change bigger to fully cover outside light will be good. Pillows have seen better days but still alright. However I really appreciate that the whole place was very clean! Spotless floor and not dusty. Clean bedsheets and towel. Good and strong air con. Shower has good pressure and good temperature control. I would recommend this place for people who want to stay out late around the area and wants a place to stay for the night.

Wui Cheah was very helpful throughout, from guiding us through check-in and explaining the entry to the compound, to recommendations on food and shopping. The location was peaceful and private, well kept and the small garden area was nice as well to do some bbq. There are quite a number of lizards and small reptiles but since it’s by the forest, it can’t be help.

It's a comfortable home. There's a simple dryer, so it's easy to dry your laundry. It would be more perfect if there was a water purifier or a water purification filter, and there were some insects like ants, but the host resolved it immediately, and I think insects are unavoidable in tropical regions.

the place is very clean. as described by host. love the night view. very near to shopping mall. strict security. feel safe. host very responsive to requests and questions. beds comfortable. host might need to replace the sofa as the spring is damaged and can literally feel it! downside : if u want to cook, this accommodation is not for u as they charge 250rm for cleaning. only microwave is allowed.

Top choice to sleep over, room is very clean and organised, lights are too sufficient with curtain open, quiet and peaceful surrounding for a deep sleep indeed. Lastly, wonderful host who are very easy to communicate, understanding and kind. Will be booking back here next time.

huge place for 4, very clean and spacious.

This apartment is as featured in the photos, and I loved how tastefully decorated and comfortable it is! The apartment though in a highly central and convenient location, close to the plenty of action, offered a calming and peaceful respite.

Staying at Bernessa’s Airbnb feels like home away from home. Our return this time, it’s just as cozy, clean, and welcoming as before. The little details and kind gestures show how much care goes into making guests feel comfortable. Bernessa is such a kind and thoughtful host, always ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for my family. She even made an extra mile to pre-alert me of the routes having bad traffic due to unexpected flooding conditions. I’m so grateful for this lovely space and will definitely be back again!
