Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a larger house. Central location in the center of Køge. Walk distance to shopping and trains. Close to beach and forest. The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. But in the other part of the house, we live a family consisting of mother, father and two boys of 6 and 7 years as well as two curious dogs and a cat. One bedroom and possible possibility of bedding for smaller children. Free parking with plenty of space in front of the house. Please let me know if there are any questions.

The apartment is located right on the highway exit. 25 minutes from Copenhagen, buses and trains at the door. It is a large apartment with room for 7 people. 3 rooms in total, 2 with 2 beds in each and one with 3 beds (double or single) There is a large kitchen, dining living room, living room and toilet. Kermikhuset is located 30 km south of Copenhagen, 500 m to beach/forest and 1.9 km to train station. The home is a self-contained apartment of 60 m2 on the first floor, with a lovely secluded south facing roof terrace. The home consists of kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with linens, the one with double bed and wardrobes and the other slightly smaller with 2 single beds with shared footing ideal for children, or for those who want to wicker toes. Ideal for a romantic getaway or for the young family.

Sluseholmen is close to most things. In 15 minutes by bus or metro, you will be at City Hall Square/Tivoli. By car it is only 5 min to Bella Center and only 10 min to the airport. Both ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment into the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.
